Good food. My son got kids pancakes (3) and they were adult size pancakes, wife got a whole half catfish (we were surprised, was expecting little fillets), and my youngest we got him scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. The food was food, the only issue was that my hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and gravy were cold. It was still good, but clearly mine was made first and it sat until the rest was ready. Food came out at a decent time, and the waitress was was humble and polite. We also got 2 slices pie, the bill was $45. All and all, pretty good

Stopped here for breakfast while traveling for vacation. We had stopped just up the road at Cracker Barrel and left there mad because during a major travel time, they had no help to the point that the wait was very long and they were not really that busy! We had no wait time at Joe’s!Restaurant was clean and reasonably maintained. Our waitress Ashly did a great job as she was there when we needed without him wrong and stopping at our table constantly, which I can’t stand! The food was good and did not take long to get. It was also good quality and was served quite hot as it should be!Pricing was good and competitive with most places. One point I need to make is to bring attention to the fact that when dining here, you are supporting two loa el businesses since they use local meats for the food that they serve! I liked the food and restaurant, but waitress and staff very unprofessional.I asked many times to have my soup and salad before even placing my stake orderStill she drop all of them at once with smileChoosing to eat cold soup or cold stake, I returned the soupWill still go there in a heartbeat, it was just a fluke

Good service and great food. This makes my third trip here, all three being positive experiences.

If first impressions were everything, I might not like this place as much, but I love this place. The food is always good, and I often stop in when I'm in this part of town and want a bite to eat. The coffee is always good. Highly recommended!

Seated ourselves & just set there. A waitress gave us menus & said our waitress would be with us shortly. Waited a while. A lady sit down at the bar & got waited on right away.....we we're still waiting. Got up & left.I know places our short staffed but at least 4 waitress' & the place was not that busy. No reason for waiting that long.

Had a very wonderful meal on Sunday night. Sydney was our server and did her best to make sure everything was perfect. Had a long wait for the bourbon flights we ordered but that was more than made up by getting us free ginger ales and at the end, gave us a large pie of the best pecan pie I ever had. Food is out of this world. Chicken and waffles and smoked meatloaf were the best. Love coming here and Will do so next trip to Harrisonburg.

Stopped here to grab a bite to eat. Waiting on the clean table for 10 minutes. Then I finally got a table waited another 30 minutes no never took my order. Restaurant was not busy everybody walking around doing nothing. Never will stop here again service sucks

Joe's griddle and grill has an old fashioned feel to it. And along with that old fashioned feeling the people that work there are the same way. They're all very nice respectful and they just they treat their customers well. The food is good and it's not expensive. I would recommend the chicken quesadilla with crumbled bacon jalapenos cheese and peppers!

This place is AWESOME. The people n the environment reminds me of home. The food is really good and the prices aren't bad at all either. There is an older lady I call grandma that works there. She is awesome n has a good sense of humor. We will be back we love this place. Thank u all so much!!!
