I get pickup from here all the time and they know me by name now. Really friendly staff and they really make beautiful and yummy sandwiches. I recommend eating here or grabbing food because you're just too lazy as a a single bachelor to cook.

I gotta say hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've had. I had placed an order using app, but didn't hit save or something to make customization stick. I can't eat onions due to stomach allergies, sandwich came with onions I called to say they messed up so they offer to make a sandwich and send free of charge. I looked at receipt closer and realized it was my mistake and apologized saying it wouldn't be necessary AND THEY STILL BROUGHT ME ONE ANYWAY FREE OF CHARGE! THANK YOU!! ❤️ They wanted me to have a sandwich I could eat anyway (since I had to discard the one with onions) even though it was my mistake and my own fault the order was messed up. I can't thank you enough.
Not so good. Very lite meat on the sandwich.
Don't bother going inside to order as they prioritize the drive thru 5 to 1. I waited inside for 7 minutes then finally got my order. Then waited 10mins for my food as 5 cars got their order. Then when I was called the person working was still holding my sandwich while talking to a coworker. Worst JJs I've ever been to. Everyone working looked stressed and rushed. They need to work on a new system to help make it work more efficiently.
Freshly made sandwiches were in front of me before I finished paying, how? Clean place, good food. It's a good bet if you're in a hurry!
Just OK. Nothing special.. Bit pricey for what it is. Will not be back.
Fast stop for a quick bite. Similar to SubWay. Neat, clean. Clean restrooms. A little too much roll for me. Easy on and off the Highway.
Bacon was awful. Cold, flavorless, and chewy. Saving grace is their great bread.
