Best steak and cheese sub!! This is a "let's make the customer feel great about coming here to eat" place. Guys and girls behind the counter are totally customer friendly and are lively and engaging. Everything tastes fresh and delicious and you feel like you really get your money's worth. 5 thumbs up and a big attaboy for job done right!!
Have been wanting to go there for a long time didn't realize there was one very close to me. Nice clean place with extremely friendly employees and helpful! Really enjoyed the sub we'll go back and try something different each time I go until I know their menu!

Just ate at the Harrisonburg shop for the first time and I promise it will not be my last. Very fast and friendly staff and the food was delicious! Very pleased!
Our subs were fresh and tasted great! For less than $20, JM's is a great option especially for taking sandwiches on local hikes. Very friendly staff too!

The SVU men's volleyball team had visited this Jersey Mike's site last fall and had to wait while some mistakes were rectified. We love Jersey Mike's and decided that we would extend some grace and try them one more time and they exceeded our expectations. Great sandwiches on a timely basis.
Ordered a number 6 Mike’s Way as we usually do, but after getting home, we didn’t find the Jersey mike sub up to par.Looks like we got half the roast beef and cheese at a higher price. We always loved their subs, even though they are a lot more expensive than most other sub shops in Harrisonburg. Oh well, I guess it’s time to find another sub. Shop.Oh yeah the price for large sub and two small bags of chips $26.00.
Best subs in town. From the person ringing me up to the management, everyone is on point. Coming from restaurants it's nice to see a crew clicking. One of the few places in Harrisonburg I eat at regularly. Consistency is key. Keep killing it?
I deliver for this restaurant and they never help, my customers order 20 minutes before I arrive at the restaurant and they still don't help or even started on the order, they only help customers in the restaurant. The worst place to do deliveries for, please don't order at this restaurant. Not gonna name any names but the worst employees here are the experienced ones, they're always the one making sure we got our orders super late and rather help someone whose been in there for 1 minute rather me even tho my customer ordered 20 minute ago and me waiting for endless minutes. Please fix this big issue. HELP THE DELIVERY DRIVERS WHOSE BEEN THERE LONGER THEN YOUR CUSTOMERS IN THE RESTAURANT.
