What a huge surprise when my daughter told me she was taking me to this upscale cookie/ice cream store I never heard of. Wow! The strawberry cheesecake ice cream in a cone was best I ever had! Not skimpy on strawberries either. My daughter got the purple s'mores ice cream and it too was awesome! We bought 6 different huge cookies to take home all so beautiful and pinches were delicious!!! Staff were so helpful and smiling and friendly even at 10pm. They're open till 11 pm! You gotta take a trip here!
The lady was rude. She had music playing very loudly and wouldn't even turn it down so I could here anything she was trying to say.
We went by their store today, there was one employee sitting inside with a mask on, she asked us to put a mask on, we told her we didn't have masks, she pointed at some on the counter, and we told her we would go elsewhere! Wake up people! The masks are no longer a thing! Plus who sits around by themselves wearing one!
Staff were very kind. We left our masks in the truck and they kindly provided paper ones so we were able to order quickly. The cookies were excellent and they were patient as we took a few minutes to decide what we wanted. Sooo many excellwnt choices, it was difficult to make up our mind. We appreciated their kindness & patience.
11:00 pm Wed April 6th 2022 one guy running the show, he was super rude.. he ruined our entire family mood.
I love sending their boxes to my team members! Always arrives on time and fresh out of the oven!
charged me and never delivered my order, a day later I got a message that my order was delivered, I called asking for a refund, was told it would go through, and I'd get my money back, never got a refund. Paid $34 dollars for cookies and ice cream I never got.

I came in with my partner to get some cookies Wednesday November the 17th at 11pm to try the cookies for the first time. There was one male working very rude , walked in and I asked how he was and he responded “better when I get to leave at 12”. Refused to make us anything we wanted so we were forced to get whatever he had left which wasn’t even the cookies he said he put in the box and also forgot one. We didn’t want to walk back inside to fix the problem because the attitude of this individual was that bad. No help, no customer service, I am very disappointed in my experience at my first time in this establishment.please improve your customer experience.
