I was going to give them 4 stars for the time waiting. They have tried hiring more staff but are having a hard time finding people who want to work. That aside, the food was awesome! I had blueberry/ strawberry crepes and hashbrowns. The crepes will almost melt in your mouth. The blueberries and strawberries were fresh and tasted like fresh fruit should. The coffee alone is worth a visit.
The place is starting to look run down. We were sat at a dirty table, and a dirty coffee pot was on our table the whole time we were there, and was never cleaned. Someone beside us asked for a towel so they could wipe their own table. It took a good 10 minutes for our waitress to come to our table after we were seated. Food came out fast and was good.Seats are torn and scratches you while you get in and out of a booth.
First thing thebplace is absolutely dirty nasty stuff all over the seats and table was not clean when we set down .It took our waitress about 15 minutes to even agnolige we were waiting. Then we they had there promotional menu in with the regular menu. So we ordered 2 meals off there she was really rude as soon as we ordered the second meal and snapped at us and said that that was no longer available . Really pretty disappointed in the service food and cleanliness
Terrific Server, delicious food. All around wonderful experience! Can't wait to go back.
The staff here are super friendly and very courteous to my needs. I am a new mother and nurse my baby I have asked to be seated in inconspicuous places so I can nurse my baby while in the restaurant. They have done so each time. Once they even placed my family in a part of the restaurant they had closed off to make me more comfortable. The food has been great each time I've eaten here too! This is my go to restaurant when I want to dine in.
All I can say is that there were a total of 4 customers that hated seeing African Americans eating at this location. We were call walking zombies, ignorant, the 4 customers rolled their eyes at us. Even said under their breath, "Where did they come from". All because of the color of our skin. My family of 30, including small children, continued to fellowship before our 4 hour drive home.
While the changes in how some things are done like cashing out and how the syrup comes to the table, even on a slam busy day our service was great! Our server was wonderful! She was friendly, and knew the menu well and easily offered a combination of items to help my husband get the breakfast he had in mind. Even as busy as she was, she didn't get flustered or cut out the little things that make good service like topping off the coffee, seeing that there was a resupply at our table of the additives for our coffee needed or offering water, asking initially if we wanted different size OJ. There are so few places that have 2 sizes anymore that it's easy to assume and give the large size rather than bother to take the extra step of asking. The food was perfectly cooked! The hash browns were crisp on the outside, not soft, but cooked and tasty inside. The omelette was just as my husband had asked! Again, this was a slam busy Sunday, maybe not the crush they're having later in the morning but still, the food and service was nearly as good as if we were all scheduled to be there and the menu items had been prepared for that. As always, Yes, definably recommend going to this IHOP! The only hold back is that when it's full like that, things like bathroom access suffer some. Still available, just takes a slight bit of watching ones step or hoping that all those that use it are respectful of those still yet to do so.
I visitied this location during a busy night when there was only one waitress working. Even with several tables of large parties, she was timely and had a good attitude. Jean-Pierre was especially helpful and made sure that every table was satisfied. He was very kind and made an effort to connect with every customer.
Ate breakfast there one morning and I felt like I was a bother to the staff. The food was as I expected but I won't go back.
We placed a curb side order to pick up. We were given a time of when our order would be ready to pickup. We arrived on time, I called to let them know we were there and reminded them I needed condiments. They person who answered the phone said they would be right out. Twenty-two minutes later they came out with our food. We told the lady who brought us our food that we were disappointed in how longit took. She said she was sorry and that they were real busy. The parking lot was half empty. We took our food home and there wasn't any condiments, the food was cold and the eggs were not made the way we ordered them.I would not recommend curb side ordering unless you have alot of time to wait. I definitely will not use curbside ordering again.
