The egg drop soup was burnt and the fortune cookies were soggy
Curbside service only. No eat-in. Ordered chicken and broccoli: the chicken was overcooked but the broccoli perfectly prepared. The egg drop soup was an interesting orange color and tasted burnt. Not what is expected for this soup but edible.
Absolutely horrible customer service, my roommate and I ordered two separate orders from there. She ordered hers from DoorDash and DoorDash brought her the wrong order. The great wok delivery driver was supposed to bring my order but ended up bringing hers by coincidence. My roommate ended up getting her food but I did not get my order. I called them and the owner was extremely rude and accused my roommate of stealing my food when my food never arrived to my place. This could have been solved easily if he just said they would send another order over but now I did not get my food nor a refund.
Fresh and hot, delicious. My food was ready and was able to easily pick up curb side right in front of restaurant. Friendly helpful staff. Been eating Great Wok for several yearsBest Chinese food in Harrisonburg/Rockingham.
I am in town taking care of my great aunt in the hospital and wanted a good and quick dinner. Food was mediocre at best. Except the wonton soup- awful, not wonton soup and very oily. Disappointed.
Food was terrible, tofu over cooked worse then a old chewed on eraser. The food smelled of a burnt smell 0 flavor just Smokey & bland poor quality vegetables very dissatisfied ? threw it all away 36 dollars down the drain.
I called after waiting for an hour and a half for my food. They claimed they had delivered it 20 minutes after I ordered even though I sat by the door waiting to hear the knock. It's infuriating to be treated like a scammer after many years of ordering from this place. They agreed to remake my food after refusing to refund my money but I was told to never order from here again.
Went there for the first time a few years back when they were promoting fusion food. We got fusion alright. We got a long black hair in our food! Never going back again! Someone call the health department!

So where do I begin? The brown rice taste like it was fryed in 5 yr old oil. The beef taste like chicken,the chicken taste like shrimp and the shrimp taste like rubber. Everything was off!! The general tso chicken sauce tasta like spaghetti os. The spring rolls where soggy and look like they where stuffed w snot and larva. My donuts looked like sponges and smelled like sweat!! This whole dinner was something was on bizarre foods american w Andrew Zimmerman. Eat at your own Risk!!!
