Awful. Every single time. The only reason I even go is because my kids beg me. The wait times are ridiculous, even if I’m the only one in line (as was the case yesterday). The most basic kinds of donuts are always out of stock. The coffee is always “being made” and not ready. Yesterday it took nearly 30 minutes to get an iced vanilla latte and a bag of Munchkins via the drive through. They were out of cinnamon but told me I could have chocolate. Got to the window and paid — was handed my card and receipt in such a careless manner that the girl almost dropped it out of the window — and then I waited and waited — while I watched three teenagers chatting in the serving area doing nothing. One eventually came back to the window and asked if I got my drink (no). The drink (barely any ice in it) finally was handed to me but no Munchkins. 15 more minutes go by and then I’m handed a bag of 17 instead of the 25 that I paid for… a mix of chocolate and blueberry. They threw in 2 donuts to make up for the shortfall. Whatever. I will not be back.

Do not ever go to this Dunkin’ Donuts. The customer service was terrible. The employees didn’t know what they were doing and they were out of apple juice and that frustrated me the food was great but I wish I had a better customer experience definitely not going back to this Dunkin’ Doughnut’s in the future.

Good place to go for coffee, donuts and food. Use coupons to keep the prices reasonable.

The last time I went I waited at the end of the drive-thru about 5 minutes and then decided I would take my chances inside - I ordered and waiting probably 15 minutes inside when there was only one person in front of me. The girl behind me put in her order and she knew the girl working behind the counter. The employee then asked her which drink was hers and made it right on the spot ................. WHAT??!! Very poor customer service. Just go to one of the Starbucks locations down the street... that's what I've been doing.

Walk in service is a joke I stood waiting and watched the person running the cash register fill 7 mobile orders instead of helping the customer right in front them after 15 minutes I just left

Kind of hard to want to go back when they can't even microwave their food the right time.... or check the food to make sure it's not cold...

I’m really frustrated with this location because every time I order oatmilk, they give me regular milk or almond milk. I pay extra for it and I would appreciate it if I got what I ordered.

Bring an abundance of patience with you when you go this this store, because you're going to leave frustrated. I walk in, and after 45 seconds of watching the woman behind the counter texting nonstop, I ask If this is the place where I can order some donuts, just to make sure I didn't step into the twilight zone. She says "WHAT? You need to give me a couple minutes." Baffled by the lack of effort or customer support, I step aside and wait for another gentlemen to help me, only to for him to ask me 5 times what I want, and then he gives me 1 out of 3 correct donuts that I ordered. The guy had bloodshot eyes, smelled just like weed, and was was clearly stoned at 10am on a Wednesday. I understand that it's a Dunkin in a college town, but Jesus, have any level of training or customer support. Thoroughly disappointed.

Stopped for breakfast, do not recommend you bother, food very poor quality. Staff was nice though.

A simple order made my head hurt by the time it was all said and done. I had to restate and return too many times before it was finally correct. The manager was pleasant in the face of the employee blunders.
