We placed our order in the drive thru and the young man who was “assisting” actually sighed when we asked if we could get a donut. Is it really that hard to be kind??? We left without getting our order.
The absolute worst Dunkin around. Manager named Nicole is very rude in the way she speaks to customers for no reason at all. My order was correct I just had a question about an extra box and she just flew off the handle for no reason and kept saying owner won't allow, against policy, no and get out of the store. Do have the encounter on video as well at how she spoke to me, reached out to customer service and they were no help either. I know I'm just one customer and it will not affect their business however others should know the way they treat people.
Really good establishment. Kept clean and always get orders correctly. Nice service
It has cashiers who are not honest, if you are not attentive, they steal from you, for example, you pay with a $20 bill, they say you paid with a $10 bill, bad honesty ethics, unfortunately for customers, the service is not reliable and dishonest.
Bathrooms and dining room could use a good cleaning. They're probably short-staffed like a lot of places though.
Everytime I order something they say it's discontinued even though it's on the menu. Ordered hot chocolate and it didn't have any flavor.
A predictable experience from Dunkin. Food was decent and hot although no napkins provided in our bag.
There have been two specific Dunkin employees who have been very rude on multiple occasions. I believe one of them is the manager. I love going to Dunkin but refuse to be belittled. I will start going out of my way to go to the Dunkin on university blvd in the city where the employees and service is much nicer.
Ignore all the rude comments these people are completely wrong it’s great people and great service you just gotta be nice to the employees! Only rude customers will leave rude comments just how it is
198040-Manager was an extremely rude individual toa group of traveling minors on a field trip who was nofamiliar with their surroundings. When we got therehe wouldn't slide for us to be able to see what wasavailable and when we ordered our coffees he gaveus the wrong order. Then we had him fix the ordersand he made fun right in front of us as he was fixingour orders. When we got back to our bus one of thestudents got their donut and it had a hair inside of thejelly inside of the donut. The bathrooms were verydirty and not probably sanitized.
