Wonderful service. Only drive thru open but was 10 min wait to get food and 2 blizzards. Really fast and good

I went into the lobby and had my order taken right away! The staff member brought me my food so quickly and was so so nice. I had brought my elderly mom who was trouble walking to eat with me and the staff member Hanna was walking back from taking food outside when she stopped to help my mom walk to take a seat. She got my moms drink for her and brought extra sauces! This is a great DQ!
Visited this location at 3:45 pm on a Saturday afternoon. There was only one other party in the dining area.. The cashier took out order quickly. We also received our food quickly almost too quickly, it was out in under a minute. We had ordered 2 6 piece chicken strip baskets. We see why it didn’t take long to recieve out order. The Texas Toast was cold (which is my favorite), the fries and chicken was luke warm. My husbands meal didn’t even have the gravy. I had to go to the counter top get it where at least 4 employees acknowledged me and did not see what I needed. I finally just told the girl working the drive thru, who was great by the way. ( She had blue hair). Kudos to her. She asked another girl where the cashier was. She said she didn't know. She then proceeded to say she's never where she needs to [email protected] be. I love Dairy Queen. Im just sad this had two be a disappointing visit.
Drive thru efficient, pleasant service
Good fast food a friendly staff. Had five separate orders and they took it without complaint! I know it was a big ask of me so glad they were so friendly! Food was great for fast food and everything was correct on all the orders.
Went through drive through this evening.. 4 cars ahead of me. I ordered my meal along with a small Blizzard. As I pulled up to the window, paid for my order and received my order along with a runny melting Blizzard. It made a mess. Next time use your heads so when that 5th customer drives up to get his blizzard it’s not melted.
