I love the bread / biscuit to start off — it’s flavor is different to what I’ve had.Cracker Barrel has quite a few options when it comes to steak and meat but I love how they are unique in their own way of adding 3 sides. I love having the hash brown casserole as a side option, possibly the only restaurant I’ve been to that offers that. Everything was delicious — fresh steak, fresh broccoli, well seasoned mash potatoes and fries.Service to get us a table was fast. But the food time to get to the table was a little slow due to the inclement weather, I believe.The other times that I’ve came here, I’ve received good service and great food.

Rebekah was great!! Took this picture for us and was a great server overall. Very friendly and efficient. Dad had just been presented to the city council as a newly sworn in officer, and Cracker Barrel treated us to complementary drinks and dessert!! One of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had!!
The wait was extremely long because they got backed up in the kitchen. I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes. It ended up being like 45 minutes. Once we got the food, it was worth it. Those biscuits were the best biscuits I've ever had at Cracker Barrel. The server gave me extra when I told her. She even gave me the chocolate cake free. The lemonade reminded me of the very tart lemonade Giant grocery store used to sell in a small carton like a milk carton. It was nice to reminisce. One good thing while waiting 45 minutes, I was able to peruse the store and found a great bar of sea salt soap and scented satches. I also got a stress free roller that I just rub across my forehead and under my nose to relieve stress.
I placed an order for curbside pickup this morning. I love that that is an option because I am heavily pregnant and trying to make it through my last few weeks of pregnancy without catching any illness. I got to the store at the designated time I was given and put that I was there and after 15 minutes I had to walk into the store and question where my order was and it still wasn't ready, I put in a simple order for french toast so I know they had forgotten me. I went back out to my car to wait and by the time it was all said and done a half hour had passed and I had still not gotten my food and had to go back into the store and finally someone came out with my food. I just got home and realized no utensils or anything was given and everything is cold. I am always willing to tip and I put gratuity on my order when I placed it. I had to do all the work to get my food and then it was mediocre at that. No one offered a discount or to refund gratuity or anything just gave me the bag.
Best pancakes in the world can be found at Cracker Barrel and this one did not disappoint! As a matter of fact, exceeded expectations! Not only were the pancakes (blueberry of course w regular maple syrup) to die for...the service here was excellent...fast, just super! Usually Cracker Barrell is a tad slow....NOPE..perfect for travelers! NICE JOB!!
Please please please be able to make scrambled eggs. This always seem to be a issue. The scrambled egg always comes out like a folded omelet. When I said something again they made it the same way but this time just chopped the folded (scrambled) egg. SMH. If a reference is needed just check the picture on your menu of how it should be. Bc I asked the waitress I'd like it like it's on the picture.The other small thing, why is the butter for the pancakes always a hard frozen ball just taken out of the freezer. Can't even spread it...One good note is they have the best ? ? ?...
