Was horrible. My daughter who only drinks water or milk was forced to buy a drink so she could drink water but when we went to the drink machine the water function was broken. We were then told if we wanted water we would have to buy a bottle of water from them. Manager said "nothing I can do about it, I don't make the rules". Besides that there was only 3 things to choose from on the buffet. The place appeared rundown and I believe that's the reason Staunton's location closed.
Can't believe there's still a Cicis!! Even with how busy they were we only waited for 15 mins. And they tried their butts off to make sure the bar was always stock. Great place.
Good deal for families. Children enjoy the atmosphere and they have variety. Staff are friendly. Pizza is cheap, but edible.
Our first visit in a long time. We went in late but there was still good pizza on the bar. We will return!

Pizza was great I love going to Cicis when I want to pig out and have a bunch of pizza options my favorite was the pepperoni and jalapeños.
Thats a great place to eat. Pizza, salad and brownies are good. And if you see my daughter Raven tip her tell her have a good day. She works hard and love her job there.

The lady who helped us was wonderful. They may have only had 3 people working but it was amazing.
Staff were friendly & accommodating. Salad bar toppings were fresh. Not alot of pizza variety. But what they had was good.
