Today was the last straw. Twenty thousand plus college students gone for the summer and the sign on the door says “Online orders only”. I walk in and there are five employees doing nothing. Only their cars in the parking lot. Are you open for business or not ? Great food but this happens all the time at this location. I am exhausted of driving across town for lunch to find out I can walk in the door but you won’t serve me lunch. I should have given up on this place months ago. In store service has become the exception and not the norm. You will make my lunch if I order it online but not if I stand in front of you at the counter. After today I won’t stand at the counter again.
The chipotle in Harrisonburg is terrible. I can’t tell you how many times I have come and they are missing ingredients , understaffed and the staff they do have moves at a snails pace. They seem to do better at pick up orders than the customers that are sitting right in front of them. This is not a Covid issue this is a poor management issue.
Never been here and there wasn't an issue. Tonight was Monday and much slower with the college traffic, but Chipotle found a way...I noticed the guy at the first station was scooping with a baby spoon or something. Asking for double meat might get you almost what you get at other Chipotles as a regular serving. Moved one place in line and the young man working the register made an announcement. Registers crashed, would be 10-15m to resume ordering. But that seemingly didn't affect online orders, as everyone stayed busy.We left and tried Qdoba. Do yourself a favor and skip the drama of this Chipotle. The only thing Chipotle has over Qdoba is the Pollo Asada. But if you have to wait 30mins for a tiny portion, that benefit is out the window.
Worse chipotle location I have ever been in.. maybe worse and most dirty restaurant I have ever been in. The tables are dirty but that’s not bad compare to how nasty their cooking areas and prep areas are. They don’t clean after nothing and they take for EVER to prep orders. The VA Dept of HEALTH should be send here to inspect them. TERRIBLE
I just want to say thank you to the staff for providing catering to my wedding on January 1st. It was a large order and I’m sure it was a lot of work. The food was ready right on time and was a huge hit among my guests. There were many people with all kinds of allergies and chipotle could accommodate all of them at an extremely reasonable price. THANK YOU!!!!
This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I ordered online because they’re never open inside and all of their payment options never work. I asked for extra rice because they always skimp, and there was still barely half a scoop of rice in the bottom of my bowl. Then, as I try and put my fork in, I stab an entire unripe avocado that I have to pull out and I can’t eat. The chips are always stale and taste like they were made a week ago. I spent 20 dollars for the worst quality bowl I’ve ever gotten. Get a grip Chipotle.
This place is a hot mess one day u can order online only and then wait an hr to get your food that is missing half the order or you don’t get what you actually order other days only orders in person they are always out of numerous items and employees act like it hurts them to give u extra product your paying for. I love Chipotle but this one needs a major overhaul!
By far the worst Chipotle I've eaten at. So disappointed with the lack of interest from staff, the partially completed to-go order, and just the overall state of the restaurant. Please do better.
This has to be the worst run chipotle I’ve ever experienced by far. I usually don’t even leave reviews for restaurants but I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this location. They skimp on portions every time, online orders aren’t completed until at least 40 minutes after the scheduled time, and mobile orders are constantly stolen from the pickup counter. The worst part is, management doesn’t even seem to care. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
Food was great, but mobile order was stolen by someone else. They shouldn't put orders on table in the middle of the restaurant for pickups to take. They quickly made my order, after we figured out it was stolen.
