Loved the food and the staff was young and helpful. Wish they could accommodate us when we arrived. We were 7 people including 3 kids and we had to wait 30-40 mins although they had seating available. Seems like they did not want to open all seats and had specific sections only. The server did not have enough knowledge on the menu and we had a lot of back and forth on options. After all that the important thing was that the food was delicious. We ordered meal which included starters, 2 entrees and a desert. The margaritas were slightly on the sweeter side
Haven't been to a Chili's in a long time, as ours closed down a couple years ago. This one appears to be short staffed still, but we were seated after a short wait. The staff here was super nice! Our waitress was exceptional. She was very fast, and super attentive! The food was excellent! This was a great return visit for us, and with my oldest daughter attending college in town we will be returning a lot!
Poor food & horrible service. Went in for lunch on Feb 23rd. Ordered a salad and a baked potato. Our unkempt waiter who immediately stated that he couldn't wait to get off at 4pm said that they had no baked potatoes. The salad, a caesar side salad, was the plainest salad I have seen. When I mentioned that it had no.cheese the waiter immediately said "yes it does, I made it myself". There was no.niceness or statement as to how to make it better. He abruptly walked off.

Had a 25 min wait even though there was hardly anyone there. Our server was great! I ordered a mushroom swiss burger and it was very dry.

Good food. Manager responded to small complaint and thanked us for bringing it to his attention. Said only way to get better
I've only experienced good service here even coming in last hour before close. Good apps and drinks. Food is always cooked well too. No complaints ?
Overall good experience. Food was great! If the servers would have worked as a team I think the experience could have been better but with everything that's happening in the service world right now, I'll take it and be happy about it.
Came in 90 minutes prior to closing. Restaurant was mostly empty. Server appeared annoyed by our presence and not very personable. Only wanted something lite so ordered the chili. What I received looked more like a dried out bowl of sloppy-joe mix. Had I not had business clients with me, I would have made complaint.
