The food is always mouthwatering delicious. The Sandwiches are like no other and cannot be compared to anything else. Great flavor on the chicken, it is exquisite.Everything is up to par, and they do a great attempt of trying to get everyone moving and out fast. I feel that when they know they did not do the greatest, they are honest, and they make up for their mistake.The CFA sauce is heavenly and a great sauce to go with my fries and sandwich.Real Chicken, Real Tasty.
I am from up North around New Jersey and New York were subs and pizzas and food are fresh and Italian and delicious, but I've been here for a few years, and Chick-fil-A is the only place that I've ever been with food this fresh and this delicious, I'm on disability so I can't afford to eat there very often, but I try to go there once a month. I just wish it was more affordable.
We normally visit this Chick-fil-A on our way to UVA. Probably the worst experience I have encountered with Chick-fil-A. Double drive through and I was the 4th car on the left side. Took 30 minutes to get from pull in to food. The cashier wasn’t friendly at all. Started eating the food immediately and it was cold. So disappointing, this is our third negative experience at this Chick-fil-A for us, we will probably go to a different Chick-fil-A going forward.
Nicest staff!!!! However dirtiest chic fil A I have ever been in and since we make cross state trips several times a year we have been in a few.I just went in to eat with flip flops on and the entire floor was grease covered. I was sliding all the way to the restroom. The restrooms themselves smelled of urine and there was mold or dirt in the white calk on the sinks. We had to wipe our table down again and the tables around us had food trays that just sat there.The only reason we didn’t leave was because we ordered prior to coming.The food however tasted fresh and hot.
Food and drinks are great as always. My gripe is with how they handle military discounts. Any other Chick-fil-A accepts A military Id . This one requires you to be in uniform
The food and service was great!! They forgot to put the salad dressing in the bag and they didn't make the changes to my sandwich that I put in when I ordered. :(
I enjoyed the spicy chicken biscuit. The regular lemonade is too sweet, but I enjoy the diet lemonade,. The drive thru lines have been long during COVID but they move fast,
Chick-fil-A was incredibly busy, but the staff were friendly and helpful as usual. Food came fairly promptly and was delicious. My 8 piece nuggets had about 11 or 12 (some of them small) and my wife's was the same way. I guess they wanted to make sure they didn't short us just because some nuggets were small.
POOR and DANGEROUS parking lot. Customers on foot have to navigate through 2 lanes of drive thru to get to the door. No crosswalk to alert the drive thru vehicles. Serious SAFETY issue. Drive thru traffic should be routed through the adjacent parking area rather than clogging up the flowing traffic on the main street.For some reason, half the menu was not available on the day we visited. Not Sure what that was about.Service in the dining room was somewhat slow.
I've never had anything but A+ service at any Chick-fil-A and this location was no different. Great food and service.
