My husband and family really enjoy this restaurant. Most visits have gone perfectly and food and service was great. There have been a few times things weren’t perfect but that happens where e go. It’s just uncontrollable circumstances sometimes. Everyone we take there loves the place. So for us it’s more than worth it!
My first time there, loved the atmosphere initially. Our party ordered fajitas but we were disappointed because they did not get to our table while the food was fresh and hot. The large party that arrived after us got their fajitas sizzling hot. So maybe it was just unfortunate timing on our part. I’ve called to speak to the manager about this and am waiting for a call back.
Food was ok. Our takeout order included a decent bag of chips, but only enough salsa for three chips. My chicken was overly salty and turns out we were over charged, not happy with that.
I’ve been here to eat at least 4 times now and the food is outstanding! My friend and I love the nachos and taco salad! The waiters and waitresses care about your visit and they are above stellar! I will be back at least once a week! Love the margarita and Malibu Bay Breeze! Ricardo is awesome along with the rest of the staff!
So GOOD! They've created a really great space, with new types of drinks, and our food was outstanding. I loved the Rose Margarita. I'm so excited (and terrified....) to have such delicious food and drinks so close to my home!
Just found this place today, and I was blown away! Absolutely the most authentic Mexican food in valley, and prices are awesome!
This place is my new favorite, I think El Charro just lost my business. The portions here are huge! The chicken was so moist and seasoned perfectly. The rice was full of flavor. The coolest part is the salsa bar. It has 9 very diverse salsas in it, you can get as much as you and it's completely free!! The servers were wonderful and made us feel so welcome. Will definitely come again and again and again and again....
Menu has plenty of options. A sauce bar to pick your own flavor of sauces and salsas. My first visit to spend birthday with college student. Staff was professional, timely and kind. Plenty of seating and parking. Food was tasty and plentiful portion size. Was a nice change from place I normally go when visit.
One of the best fajitas I've ever had. Beautiful restaurant, great atmosphere and wonderful service! Will definitely eat there many times again!
We have ate mexican food all over including Texas, California, Florida, Tennessee & Virginia. We tried a restaurant we have never tried named Casa Gallardo Fajita Factory the other day an it was so good. They have great tasting mexican food. An the portions are huge for the price. The atmosphere is so great there. Just what you want at a mexican food restaurant. You can eat it with out it being so spicy that it burns your mouth or stomach. They have a salsa bar. The cheese dip is so good. The staff is all very friendly and they work together an help each other. Its ran by a very nice family. We met one of the owners that night. She was super nice. We definitely recommend this restaurant. We had chicken fajitas, soft tacos & cheese dip. It was a huge portion of fajitas. An the soft tacos was really full.
