The worst restaurant, they stole my money in the internet says they open when you arrived to this horrible place they close I need my money back NOW!!
This is twice in the past week that my order has been completely wrong. I even reached out to Grubhub to ask that they make sure my order was correct before the driver leaves the store. How do you confuse whopper with cheese meals as a cheeseburger and then forget half of the other food? What is truly disappointing is that my vehicle is in the shop so I’m stranded at a hotel, hence the reason that I have to have food delivered and then when it’s not correct, I have to once again order something else and pay for more food and yet another delivery fee. Between the food always being wrong and the fact of no one answering the phone at all, I wouldn’t recommend eating at this location. Whoever makes the food clearly doesn’t need to be in the kitchen and can’t read. Don’t waste your time eating here!
Just went today and this is the best burger king I've had in a long time. Also, the woman working was very nice!

I ordered the new Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe and the chicken was very undercooked slightly on the raw side in my opinion definitely had a unusually chewy and stringy texture to it also the mayonnaise had a unique color to it that made me believe it was either old or sitting out too long at room temperature. Unfortunately did not notice this till after I drove away and took a bite of the sandwich. Needless to say I'm expecting to have a bad night.
Do not go to the south main location in Harrisonburg, you can't get service. I ended up going to Mt Crawford.

I hate saying this!!!!Before we get to that, I do want to start by acknowledging a young girl whom was working drive-thru she was as sweet as pie. She was working with what appeared to be her manager??Anyhow….The downside….I ordered the Impossible Whopper (as I have many times over) and it was so bad. It was coldish, microwaved and made me feel not so good.It could have just been the day, (giving the benefit of the doubt).I wouldn’t say don’t go, rather just check your order and be sure you are satisfied before leaving.
Not only this location but all of them. The burgers are ALWAYS COLD!! The bread is cold. The meat is small!!! I mean I love BK!! Nobody else can charbroil a burger!!! But can it be hot! Not like picnic left overs.
