This is a wonderful coffee shop! They do a cappuccino the right way! (traditional 8 oz.) I came three times in the seven days I was in Harrisonburg, and every time had great service and amazing tasting coffee. Also, the amount of plants in here is absolutely stunning. :)
What a sweet spot! And the coffee with some of the best I've had... and I chase good coffee! We stopped on our trip home from Northern Virginia to Florida. We were pleasantly surprised to find it tucked into a small market of vintage and unique shops. Did a little shopping then treated ourselves for a cup to go. I truly hope I can be back to visit again
Pros:aesthetic and vibes are immaculate.coffee is excellent and reasonably priced.plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.generally fairly quiet.Staff were friendly and excellent at their craft.Cons:Lack of power outlets (could be an issue if you were working/studying using an electronic device).Parking may be an issue depending on what time you come. There are several street parking options within close proximity, but I had to drive around a bit before I found a space.Navigation to the spot can be tricky if you're not familiar with the area—there aren't any signs on the exterior of the building (there was a chalkboard sign on ground level, but I missed that when I drove past). You actually have to either go in through the side shops on the left, or into the outdoor seating area and through glass doors before you see the coffee shop portion. This probably won't be an issue for most people, but for the directionally challenged (like me) just be prepared to maybe walk a little bit:)Bottom line: go if you're in the area, it's worth it.
Comfy coffee shop right in the middle of a set of shops. Sit and drink coffee or browse the eclectic shops with coffee all in the same space. Nice outdoor space as well. BTW good coffee too !

Easily the best coffee in the Harrisonburg area. Their decaf is phenomenal as well. I've been searching for the perfect latte, and this place has it!
Such a great place with awesome coffee! I got a hot vanilla latte with oat milk. We sat inside for a bit and walked through the surrounding shops. The barista was really nice and did really well handling a few drinks at a time. Hope to go again soon!
Broad Porch Coffee Co is a unique flavor experience! Their coffees are a perfect mix of rich flavor tones without the bitter after taste of other brands. I highly recommend dropping by and picking up some coffee from these friendly folks! Would make a great Christmas gift for any coffee lover!❤️
We used the Broad Porch coffee trailer for a morning send-off after our wedding. It was a great price, and the drinks made were amazing. Jill and her team did a phenomenal job caring for guests throughout the morning. They were quick to make drinks with smiles on their faces. Jill made sure she had all the details and logistics so that the morning was smooth. She even made a custom His & Hers drink sign to display. We will absolutely be going to Broad Porch again soon, and hope to even use the coffee trailer again!
This place has a perfect aesthetic. It's so fun having a coffee shop surrounded by fair trade + vintage stores, while still having lots of plants and greenery and great seating. The iced latte w/ oat milk I had was the best i've had in Harrisonburg so far. I loved the friendly energy and decor and can't wait to come back!
