I'm typically a gracious reviewer and I want to help others by giving an honest review of my experience.This is the 3rd time I've had to deal with this location and constantly I am met with attitude, bad customer service and just bad business. There is no need to treat customers with contention for literally no reason. I am a respectful person who asks for things politely, but I always get the sense that I am bothering the person I'm dealing with by making a request so small as asking for no ice in my drink, or asking for a different sauce. It's always attitude and a quick "We don't have that," or "I can't do that." Even on one occasion I was lied to just so the employee didn't have to take my order over the phone. This will be my last time coming here... despite how much I love Bojangles. I guess I'll be going to another city for my Supremes and Sweet Tea.
First let me say this, I absolutely love Bojangles. The closest one to my home is over 1.5 hours away and anytime I am close to one I stop by. That being said, I am 100% Disappointed with this location. Went here 3 separate times over the past 2 years and every single time I've been here the lobby is closed! sign on the door says lobby opens at 5:30am however the location always seems to have an excuse as to why their lobby is closed. When we went there yesterday there was 7 cars in the parking lot with no one in them and the lobby was closed. The manager claimed that they were short staffed and insisted we go through the drive through. We were with our Motorcycle club and had 20 people on motorcycles. I asked why they wouldn't open the lobby so we could order and they insisted we walk through the drive through instead. So we did walk.... right next door to Wendy's, It saddens me to see that the manager of this location was so willing to lose a 20+ person sale. Wendy's was very grateful for our business. And just to add insult to injury Wendy's only had 3 people working in their store and when i was at the Bojangles drive through window i could see at least 5 people inside.I've never had any issues with the location in Staunton VA so ill just keep my business there.
Great food, awesome and welcoming staff. Ordered a large meal for a company meeting for the following morning. Order was ready and fresh upon picking it up
The food was good. I would order it again, but I would like to eat inside.The indoor seating was closed. I was not happy about eating in the car instead of inside the restaurant.I have not seen "Bojangles" near where I live so I visited while traveling.

With being short staffed like everyone else is they did a fantastic job keep the drive thru going. Great job kudos to you and your staff.
The fries were overcooked and tasted like they had been sitting around for a while. The biscuit was lukewarm at best on my sausage biscuit. I pulled in the parking lot and ate both right away, so they should have still been hot.
It's perfect for me since I don't eat a lot of meat. I eat here because one if my pups loves Bojangles. For an average size meal, the total amount of meat should be more. I got 2 drumsticks and 1 thigh. Unless the chickens are humanely raised, at least 1 pieces should be larger. This is based on all the Bojangles I ate at in NC, SC, and VA. If you like more meat, you might want to check your meal before driving off. I'm on a road trip and was disappointed that the lobby is closed and I couldn't use the restroom.
Let me say i was really impressed by this restaurant. Best chicken i had in a long time from a fast food place. Not only was the food good & hot, but the staff was extremely friendly. Establishment is clean. Definitely will come back again.
