Sticky bugs were hot, adequately sauced, and the young man behind the bar (whom had an incredible moustache, and nice tattoos, by Andrew) was SUPER attentive. Beer or water was NEVER close to empty, when the beer tenders asked if my friend, or I, needed a refill. Great beer selection, as well. Always my "go-to," when visiting the area.

Beer bar with good food. It was one of the only places open as we were driving through the town on a Sunday.
My favorite crowded bar for a Saturday night recharge of the batteries. I have never seen so many cute girls in one place. It reminds me of a Key West Tiki Bar. So much fun to choose a beer from dozens of local brews.

Nostalgic place. Great atmosphere. They have a limited menu but definitely have some crowd pleasers on the menu like the red neck nachos (get them with tater tots!) and the nuggs. Great selection of craft beers. Staff was extremely friendly. Gets crowded so get there early or plan to walk around downtown while you wait for seating usually 30min wait. Billy Jacks is a JMU must.
This place is awesome!!! We had a server named Michel Mann and let me tell you…he is THE MAN. Not only is he an excellent server, he gave me incredible life advice for something I am dealing with in my personal life. Going through a divorce is no easy task…Michael told me that I am stronger than I think I am. I can move mountains just by being me. Words like that can turn your world back in the right direction. Thank you Billy Jack’s for a delicious chicken sandwich, but more importantly thank you MICHAEL MANN for talking me through the hardest day of my life.
