Excellent Asian fusion food and one of the best places to get sushi. It's expensive, but worth every penny. All of the employees were attentive and nice. I think the decor could be improved a little though with paintings on the walls or something like that.
Kate was awesome. She made some great recommendations. I tried the Tuna Tartar, Wonton soup, Danny sushi roll, and the Drunken noodles. Everything was very tasty. Can't wait to go back.

I wasn't feeling well so ordered hot and sour soup but requested broth only. It was so good and made me feel so much better. THANK YOU everyone at Beyond.

This is by far the best sushi place in town. Everything taste fresh and the rice is always good quality. Presentation always looks good too.
Service and wait staff were great. Food not so much. Miso soup was not hot, and the sushi was mostly bland rice. Very little fish I the rolls. The New Orleans roll had mayonnaise on top. Sake was not warm, and no mention on the menu that we needed to request having it warmed up. Would've rated 2 stars but the service was wonderful, so bumped it to 3. I don't need to eat here again.
Sushi rolls are mostly rice and the rice is mashed. The individual grains are almost unidentifiable. The rice is like mochi in texture (a bit exaggerated, more like a paste, but you get the point).We actually brought this up last time, and they had informed us that it was a new chef and they would correct him. It is apparent that this has become their standard. Less fish, more mochi.They used to put a lot of fish and a proper ratio of rice. I thought the pandemic might have been the cause, but they made it clear that it was their new chef.Their other dishes are pretty good, but I would recommend avoiding the sushi from now on (unless you like getting an entire pot of mushy rice with each roll).
Awesome food! And I got to see the kitchen before they opened for the day, it was ridiculously clean. I could see my reflection just about everywhere.
