Wings, sauce, and the ranch dip were great, yes, the ranch dip. Try it, you'll say the same. Placed an order to go and had about a 40 minute wait due to a crazy amount of online orders. Fries would of great if dined in, but ended up a bit soggy being packed in the bag.The crew was phenomenal, provided their recommendations on sauces and kept giving updates on where they were at with my order.
The boneless wings tasted okay but some of them were the size of a gumball. Service is always really slow, I typically wait 30 minutes for my combo meal and they give you a giant to go bag even if you're dining in. This visit the ice machine was down so the server told me the drinks are still cold, they were not. I would have ordered a bottle from their refrigerator instead of 72° soda. My advice is call in the order ahead.

Normally I don't get my orders back to me wrong but this time I did and I apriciate every one here and at the jefferson location .
We order from this wing stop quite often. We have never had a problem when we pick it up our selves. Using door dash its always cold (not the restaurants fault).
The WingStop In Hampton @Coliseum Crossing is Elite. Superb Service from Jessica and the fellas in the back. I’m super picky and complicated when ordering food, they were patient, and made sure my order was fulfilled properly and smartly. A special shootout to the amazing staff that made our delicious order of chicken wings for the party I had. Ranch was amazing with wi gas and fries to die for.
Cashier was very high on something. He made me so uncomfortable, being that im not from the area. I only work here. He followed me to get my fountain drink in the far right back corner. I am never returning back to this location.
The people working were really nice. The wings were cooked well, but the flavors were just bland. It was really disappointing because I’ve had them before and it was good. They also had very few drink options in their soda machine. And my fries were cold after like a minute.
I have heard many good things about this place, but when I tried their chicken it was not up to par. I tried the wings, thighs, and boneless chicken and it was not good at all. The chicken was dry, there was barely any sauce on them at all. The thighs were small. I even had a side of fries and they were not even cooked good. The fries were mushy, like they put too many in the basket and there was barely any seasoning on them at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was very disappointed.
If I could give them 0 stars I would they absolutely suck. Never will I ever eat here again fries were cold and unseasoned, spent 40+ dollars for off brand ranch and blue cheese, smallest thighs I have ever seen in my life, bone in chicken was dryer than the Sahara and the chicken was so bland. All in all terrible experience
