I ordered a #1 Single with no onions and no mustard. The cashier put no ketchup and no mustard. I asked her to correct the order to show ketchup. I also asked for sparkling Minute Maid which is offered on their Freestyle Coke a Cola machine. She told me they didn’t have it. ? I get to the pick up window. No greeting from either of the two ladies at the window. She acted like I was bothering them. I asked for a straw for my drink. I was not given a receipt after payment. The fries were not crispy and was cold. There was no ketchup in the bag or on my burger! ? Disappointing.
Employees rude & trashy behavior. Asked for a reprint of my reciept. A young girl got mouthy & said they all print like that, I said they needed to be fixed she then got more mouthy and stated "I'm not a mechanic". I said that's not a mechanic job to fix your printing machine. Then I drove off not noticing that the 3 meals I ordered where not all in the bags. I upcharge my fires to the baconator fries, those amoung the shortage of nuggets when I ordered 20. These kids don't know how to manage or work in customer service and result into bad reviews. They just want to stand around and talk or be on their cell phones.
Traaaaaash man if i could give 0 stars i would. I spoke with Dominic on the phone when i called to say im coong back and he said sorry so thats the only thing positive about my experience. Gave them Another chance an they f'd up yet again. I asked for a plain burger just the meat an bread an I get home cheese all on the sandwich. I wasn't given a receipt and the lady at the window just passed me my food and didn't say anything. Definitely need new employees who care about the service they provide.
I love this place. The people are fast and respectful. Plus, I can order a burger and know that I'm going to get what I ordered. Always on point from ordering to getting your food at the window.
This is the only Wendy's where delivery drivers are made to fill drinks on orders they are picking up.The ones on West Mercury and Settlers Landing have employees fill drinks on delivery orders.They have a drink machine by the drive thru window like the other locations.It's not like they have to go out to the lobby to fill the drinks.#declineaberdeenwendys
I got really sick eating this wendys the other night an my stomach aint been right since. It was the only place open n area late an i regret that i went there.i havent been able to eat nun but chicken noofle soup since i went there. My stomach been hurting do bad an i been bath an forth to restroom constantly. DO NOT EAT FROM THIS WENDYS! An if u do u taking a BIG RISK OF GETTING SICK
Open 24 hours and located right off interstate 664 southbound. Order some fresh hot food, and your back on the road in minutes. Great location for Truck drivers and anyone passing through the 757.
I get jerked everytime I go here. Idk why I keep pulling up here. But it’s close to my house. I frequent breakfast. They take no pride in their service food is cold most of the time, even when I ask for it fresh smfh. They are hit and miss. Don’t go when you already starving cuz you’ll probably trip out lol. They make simple orders hard. Sorry Wendy’s you gots to go harder then that. I’ll go to Mercury Wendy’s for now on. Numerous chances and Yall forced me to review.
I went thru drive thru and go a 5dollar biggie bag. The prices went up. The fries taste better than usual. The bacon burger they gave to me was for my son. He ask me to take the pickles off and I took the top bun off it was loaded with ketchup he didn't want it. The tropical lemonade was good
Place a curbside order from 18 wheeler.. order was fast and accurate. Definitely recommend this location for all truckers !!!!!
