Didn’t order but was picking up an order for DoorDash and there was a huge line, my boyfriend and me figured it was just one person inside with how long it’s been taking and feel sympathetic, after almost an hour we finally pick up the Order and the bags were lukewarm and there was 3 employees in the store, him and I both work in the food industry and we both agree that even though we work with different kind of food compared to Wendy’s, it shouldn’t take 3 people that long to be able to serve people. I do want to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe there was some kind of emergency inside since we don’t know what was going on, but wanted to give a heads up to anyone ordering late at night.
My burger wasn't even cooked it was pink raw in the middle!! I called they said there's a reciept in the bag which there was not! If I brought in my reciept they would give me a new burger. Then she says check your bag and hung up its been busy for the last hour so was given raw food so I'll be contact the company. You all want top dollar for flipping burgers but can't cook a burger then hang up on customers and leave the phone off the hook! Garbage customer service!
I would've given it a 5 star rating, but I tried to place an online order BEFORE I got to the drive-in window order line, yet as of 03/19/2022, it wouldn't let me finish the order!! The gentleman who gave me my food at the drive-thru window said that I wasn't the only one who reported an issue with this!
Hampton Wendy's off of Mercury is great, their fries are ALWAYS hot and fresh and if I get a crispy chicken sandwich well it's Hot just like it was just made even if the lane is wrapped around the building.
This unacceptable, I haven’t ate Wendy’s in 2 years because of mistakes after mistakes, I decided to try a jr bacon add onions lit mayo, no onions no lite mayo, I will never eat from Wendy’s anymore…
Very generous on the 4 star your a burger joint not a full service restaurant 10 bucks or more for overcooked burgers and staff didn't care when talk to them (complained) got a replacement but still dry meat.
The fries tasted gritty as if they had fallen on floor when I returned for a refund/ new fries the Manager tried to explain the fries were like that because of a new flour being used on the nuggets. She refused to refund or give new fries. I'll never go back to this wendys
Ok today i ordered 5 dollar biggie, and to ask for my burger it wasnt in my bag when food was handed to many, the chicken nuggets were ice cold not warm they were cold i asked for a honey mustard no sauce in bag at all. Pathetic service
This company refused to give me a receipt for a meal I bought for my expense account. They claim to have good french fries but keep passing out these limp wimpy fries that are soggy not crisp and mushy! When I told them they were mushy fries they took them back I don't think they're supposed to do that! And then they came and gave me some half hot fries that look like the top was fresh and the bottom was mushy these people advertise falsely!
THE LINE WAS SO LONG BUT IT MOVED SUPER FAST LIKE CHIC FILET TO MY SURPRISE. AND THE FOOD WAS INCREDIBLY HOT! I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEM ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT OCCASIONS IN THE LAST FEW WEEKS. STAFF WAS SUPER NICE AND NOT PUSHY LIKE THEIR COMPETITORS! THANKS WENDY'S!
