Okay so I came To this Waffle House and I asked Them if they could make my waffle well done meaning after the waffle is made can you put it on the grill a for a little bit and the associate told me they don’t do special requests, how can you be a restaurant and not make the food the way the customer wants it. How can you reach a customers expectation if you don’t make their food they way they want I’m confused
One of the worst customer service experience ever. After working all night , I stopped to eat something. The restaurant is closed. They ask you to order outside even when it is rainy. There is a order window but I had to order in the pick orders window. There is no menu close to the pick order window. When I requested to see the menu quickly, the employee told me he can’t provide me with the menu he had next to him. Really bad service and rude employees.
It was way, way too crowded yesterday, and they were so short staffed...Food was ok ...Covid is Real also another variant is here in Virginia, there is an article in today's, Daily Press March 26, 2022. Let's read Hampton Roads ...We still need to social distance.
Good meal on a Sunday morning. Marley is an awesome server. Her positive vibe/ attitude put me in a better mood
This was my second time to this one. Our food came and got cold while we waited for silverware to eat with. And our coffee came after our food. The food was ok, the service was bad. Hopefully it's just the one server.
I always receive great service from the people that work here! Food is always great and cooked just the way I ask for it. Great food, great service, and great people!
This Waffle House is good and very clean. The staff are extremely nice and I like this new location compared to the others. All lovers of Waffle House know the food is good. This one is no different. During covid they do have certain times that are take out only.
The worst service I've ever had at a waffle house and no one was even in there but my fiancé and I. 3 others came in behind us. No reason to get treated badly they weren't busy at all! No coffee made. Both orders were wrong or lack there was. The people that came in after us got all they're food before my fiancé even got his waffle then it came burnt and cold when we were almost done with our entire meal. HOW? WE WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER!!
Why on Dec 18, 2021 a Saturday, is this restaurant basically shut down and taking window-only orders?Like we’re in the beginning of the pandemic? It’s been open for capacity any other time and now, it’s partially operating? On top of that you have 4 workers and only 1 is actually working…
Great Service and the food was very good. Well done. Young African American waitress was Excellent, I apologise for not getting her name but I will update when I go back and add it to my review.
