Horrible restaurant. Our business orders from them often. Ordered 2 xl pizzas one with sausage one with pepperoni received one pepperoni and one deluxe called to ask them to replace it with the correct pizza and one was told they had not made any deluxe pizzas today so I was wrong. Very rude, would not let me speak and will not do business with them again.
Hey ..Ive been a Vito's customer for over 20 yrs . Usually food has always been good . I came in today ordered a Hampton Sub..A roast beef & cheese and a Itallian sub .And a large pepperoni pizza. The subs were not worth the money at all...hardly no meat ...mainly lettuce as a filler . I notice most of the staff in there has totally changed .The one guy with the dark hair & beard is still there ..he is always so sweet and nice . He has always been there and is always so nice ! I give him 5 stars . But I was just dissatisfied with the subs which is not his fault I watched a lady making them . My son was in there with me today ..he said the pizza was great though.
I love this place! Great customer service. Fast food prep. Great prices. Generous portions. What’s not to love!?Chicken parmigiana & lasagna are on point! ??
Old owners all day !! Grew up with vitos ..ever since he died its gone to hell ...cheap owners now ..food quality is trash ..their wings are horrible sometimes their breaded sometimes they go to the store real quick fry some plane skin wings and drench them in sauce ..they give you empty mozzarella sticks ..and won't refund the amount only 20 percent of the cost ..saugy pizza ..I mean cook the bottom of it ..so easy..he must be rolling in his grave
I had not had Vitos in years due to living to far away so when I found myself in the neighborhood I got excited that Id be able to have a Vitos sub.. Then I went inside. Stood there waiting to order. No one even acknowleded I was there. The lady at the counter took phone orders. Finally a man asked if I was ready to order. I said yes and he walked away. After 5 minutes (25 min total) I left... Very disappointing.
Unprofessional! Just tried to call and make an order for delivery and the young lady who answered the phone did not collect address or ask how I would like to pay. She gave me total then hung up. I called back and asked to give my address and she acted like she didn’t want to take the information for the order. I asked for the supervisor and she stated there wasn’t one availible and I stated I would come in to speak to them and she said “ain’t nobody here” as a supervisor. She’s rude abd unprofessional and the business just lost a new customer!
Great food but the older guy DON'T Wear GLOVES when fixing people Food .. he touching the register .. collecting money .. touching his cell phone and all that while he making food .. then get mad when u ask him about him not having on gloves ... Then he go wash his Hands But wit WATER .. NO SOAPTHE YOUNGER guy wear gloves when he making people food tho..Also they need to wear hair net over they hair while preparing people food ... They hair just loose and all over the place ..
Ordered a Philly Cheese Steak sub. Had to pay extra ($.75 EACH) for green pepoers & onions. (WAY TOO MUCH!) So, in essence, what I received was a Vito's Cheese Steak bc every PHILLY CS I've eaten, those veggies are STANDARD.? GREAT special: 3 lg subs for $19.99 & the subs are tasty.
I enjoyed my pizza. The chicken pizza with the white sauce was delicious. It was seasoned down to the dough. The pepperoni was good too. I will definitely be going back.
