Ordered crabs, shrimp and 2 orders of hush puppies. Crab tasted like water with out seasoning. Shrimp had no taste. Ordered mild house seasoning. There was absolutely no flavor. Food was cold. Hush puppies were digestible. Spent over $32.00. Wished I had gone to Burger King.
What an incredibly great dining experience our first night in Hampton! Our boiled shrimp and lobster tail dinners were fabulous and our server, Kobe, was the best! It was our first Twisted Crab experience and it will definitely NOT be our last. The menu contains a wide array of delectable seafood meals and we plan on enjoying them all! Remember to ask for Kobe.
Kobe was our waiter and he was nothing short from amazing. First of all the food was delicious as always, this was my third time here. The crabs are always meaty and seasoning always on point on all the food. Now back to our waiter he was so attentive, he kept checking on us with it being a busy Saturday night. Best waiter I have had ever. No dramatics.
Stumbled onto some goodness… enjoyed snow crab legs in butter & garlic sauce & shrimp in garlic butter. My friend said the Old bay non-breaded wings were delicious? I also ordered fried calamari with onion rings & would probably not get that again. Would definitely come back for crab & shrimp. I loved the detail of the menu even down to what’s in their mixed drinks.
Lynnhaven location: Customer service was the best! Winter was quick, professional and made us feel welcomed. I will be back!My 9-yr old granddaughter's comments:this was amazing! Winter was great! As my grandma said we will be back. I recommend this to anyone who loves good service and seafood!
Great place to eat. Staff and crew are friendly and welcoming. The wait for food can take long but, it was worth it . Honey wings were amazing .
This was not a great experience. No wait to be seated, which was nice. Ordered a drink and waters, that took at least fifteen minutes to come, and the drink, gin and tonic, was not made correctly (soda water instead of tonic water). Ordered our food when drinks finally arrived, and waited half an hour more before telling the waitress to put it all in to-go containers. Waited another thirty minutes for our food to come out. Talked to the manager who took the crab legs we ordered and received incorrectly and sent back, but didn't offer any sort of discount on the other food on the ticket (not that we really expected it at that point).If I could give my experience less stars than one, I would. This was a waste of fifty dollars and my time. Will not return.
I ordered my food which we all know can be pricey. However I order my food with my cash app card. After I paid for my food there was about 10 transaction that we made after trying to continuously take money off my card!! We asked for a manager they claimed none was there. We asked for the corporate number but they gave me a wrong number. I would Never suggest anyone to go to the Hampton Va location and never use your cash app card if you decide to!
The food was great; the service was better and the atmosphere was nice. Will be back often.
