Fast easy food. Potato soft tacos are my go to. Love the frosty freezes.
Went to pick up a door dash sat in an empty store no customers for 10 min without being acknowledged when I finally did I told the girl the name three times and it’s like she didn’t seem to understand so I just showed her my phone as I’m standing there she proceeded to talk about me in my face saying oh she’s rude for just showing me her phone. And I addressed her. Her manager didn’t even correct her . You don’t talk about customers in their face. Very rude and unprofessional.
Not bad service. The taco was a bit cold and the chicken strip was severely old. I can't complain about the service, they were actually great ?? just check the temp on your food before sending out. Especially your chicken strips ??
This Taco Bell is always clean and very friendly. The staff is great. Love the food, always prepared perfect.
Not sure if yall ran out of meat or what but there was a tablesoon of meat in the center of my crunchwrap super disappointing also my husband had a taco and i must say ive never seen a taco bell that doesn’t know how to make tacos
The sign says 9am for the store to open. I pull up to the drive up at 9:03 am and no one is there to greet me so I pull up to the window. Here you have an employee counting the cash bag, which they should’ve done that prior before store is opened. Very unprofessional. Then a employee finally greets me at the window with an attitude, but tells me to pull back to the ordering station so I reverse back. I did not care for her attitude because it’s not my fault that you are late opening.Being said, this is the worst and most unprofessional Taco Bell location in Hampton.
Better than the one in Mercury Ave but the one on Jerfferson is even better. Friendly staff and decent food. Prices have gone up. This isn’t a complaint about this specific Taco Bell but you guys can tell corporate to stop switching out items every month or two ?
Here at 2:50 at night, and I am stuck in the drive thru lane! It has been a whole hour and was instructed by the drive thru cashier, that it’d be a “hot minute” before she could get to me! This is ridiculous and I’m infuriated! Hire more people, do what you have to do! Or just be closed if you don’t have the proper help to be efficient!
Great food, had the cheesy box which had doritos tacoand beef iburrito and chalupa with nachos. Good meal and lots of food. Place was busy at lunch time but wait was not long. Lobby is open also.
$25 and got a drip of sour cream. My drinks weren’t right and I got beans when I asked for NONE.. Just cook at home people. These fast food workers couldn’t care less smh
