I came and ordered through the Drive Thru there was a nice young lady named Janaisa and she took my order accurately my Cheese Bean and Rice burritos actually had FRESH refried beans in them. It was a pleasurable experience... I also know that experiences vary. But I would Highly recommend having Janaisa take your order she's probably one of the better employees.
Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes trying to make sure they had my order right. Simple $5 box meal just didn’t want cinnamon twist asked to substitute chips and cheese . Received order just to get 2 box meals both with cinnamon twists. Called the location to fix it and the phone lines are tied up . Go figure . 10/10 would NOT recommend. Absolutely ridiculous
The last two times we have came at 5:30-6:00PM the doors have been closed when the hours of operation on the door say otherwise with a big sign that says Dine In is open, Come on in. So we go through the drive through and the Chalupa is always short with meat . It's a bunch of lettuce. One time we asked this girl if we had sause in our bag, She was so rude us and told us yes and we look in and there way NO sause. I go in and they were out of sause ! We come here alot and it wasn't always like this but it's getting bad. It's these kids working in here not paying attention, On their phones, Rushing and not caring about their customers satisfaction. I know y'all want your money but your customers ARE YOUR MONEY! WITHOUT customer the store would close.We are in the drive through now and it's SO slow with only 4 cars .And PS - BATHROOMS ARE FILTHY!GET IT TOGETHER!
The food was cold when we got home and we only live 2 mi uree away, the hard shell tacos I got were soggy, they did help me get my granddaughter meal correct., don't care for two nrll
They made the order right, even with the extras we asked for... and the quesadillas were very full. Plus, the staff was friendly and funny! Thanks
Ordered two burrito Supreme and just got Luke warm meat and sour cream. No other topings. Waste of time and money.

Employees were rude. And the male cashier didn't wear gloves after handling money when putting beverage lids and handling customers purchases.
Customer service was great. Food was pretty good as well for a Taco Bell, workers must actually care here
