Just ordered food if you wanna call it Food. It was Absolutely ? % a waste of money . Food was so greasy and disgusting. The chapulas were doughy not cooked grease running out every where . When i opened my bad one of the chapulas had fallen out in bottom of the bad .Baja drink tasted like syrup totally gross ! My son got the 5 piece chicken tenders was all burned up !I'm going to somehow contact management ! If I could give A zero star score that's what I would do ! Waste of my money
This was for Kentucky fried chicken. It is really sad that more workers are not available.They didn't have any crunchy chicken available only legs and thighs and no cook. RIDICULOUS!How do you run a business with nothing available. This happened to me at the one on mercury Blvd as well. You should shut down if you can't adequately fulfill customers orders.
We didn't get what we ordered, we were told to go park and they would bring it out to us. No one ever came out to give us our food. Nice to know you get what you pay for.
You all should be fired! Don't go to work if your not going to do your simple 1 to 2 step process to make food that is already made for customers. Anyone that appreciates taco bell or KFC should expect the worst when going to this location specifically. Disgusted would be to say the least.....
absoutley awful !!! order wrong at drive thur ,came inside to complain and manager insisted on food being returned after i hsd rode around the building with it and had a attitude !!! never agson will my family eat at kfc / taco bell again. food code violations all over the place and its a covid19 pandemiac going on!! Nasy greasy food too. never agai
This is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. I have given it multiple chances over the last year and a half. Every time, my order is either missing an item or not completed correctly. Tacos look as if they were made HOURS before I ordered them, meagerly filled and are often crushed to bits. To top all of that off, the staff are often rude and inattentive. Even the McDonald's across the street manages to do a better job!!
Price is good when you're on a budget. The bean burrito is good.

The young lady that took my order was very professional. I've been to this location many times and this was by far the Best Service I've ever had here. I don't know her name. About 5 ft 3, very long eye lashes early twenties Black. Give her a raise.
There's a computer typed sign on the drive through in a page protector that says they close at 10pm. I got there at 8:45pm last weekend and they were closed. It's Saturday, Google says they close at 1am. I just called and they said they close at 9, once again the signs says 10. I just want a taco without driving across town.
