New girl with locs down her back is very rude. She should either be informed on customer service or find a different job.Talked to the other workers without any acknowledgement of the customer. Finally turned and raised her eyebrows and gave an "are you going to order or not look." No greeting whatsoever. Then proceeded to not pass on my drink request to the barista.
Not even strong 3 shots of espresso on the holiday Carmel brûlée . And it tasted like warm milk with Carmel. Disgusting and they never have toppings but insist on “having the drink” knock it off
Always go here and always awesome until today. The establishment had a bus come through. Orders were backed up. No worries. I texted my husband, who was waiting in the car, and I went to send him this photo to let him know it would be a while. The manager called me out in front of a whole restaurant, for using my camera. I even offered to show her there photo. There was then some mumbling and I though I heard leave so I did. Never again.
Really bad baristas that need more training. There’s no urgency or sequencing taking place. No multitasking and very very slow. better training needed. If you don’t want to wait forever for a sandwich go to another Starbucks
