Great product poor customer service. The Barista had an attitude when I asked for a cup holder. As a 72 baby respect goes a long way. Will not revisit again

They were having technical difficulties but they were still shiny! Loved all of it! Also I def recommend the chocolate cold foam cold brew. Delicious! Zero pictures because it didn't last that long and I was driving haha
Our hot Coffee was cold. Too much creamer or something. The cold brew we ordered came without the cream or sugar we ordered. They took our order for a warm brownie but came over and said they were out and offered a donut but not warmed. It was ok but probably won't return to this location.
Good locations. Drinks came out fast, place was well kept and clean, service was okay, not the friendliest and coffee (pike roast) tasted old, could have been since I ordered mid day at 3 pm. Location is very convenient around very busy area. Small space for parking/drive thru but plenty room available at business around and lot in back. Dining area was spacious. Average Starbucks quality.
I hate this location but the employees are friendly helpful and ALWAYS get my drink right. The drive thru gives me severe anxiety as It is always cramped , moves slow , has no room and gives me the feeling of being “stuck”… avoid it and just go inside IF you can.
Today they were very slow but they usually are very fast. But they got all my drinks correct and they are always so friendly.
Disappointed.I've been to many locations that have never (ever) messed up my order, except THIS location. They did not make the drink as customized and used ingredients I'm allergic to. The dining area and counter were filthy. The parking lot is too cramped to park there and is full of cars from the drive-thru line.Will not return.
Used to go here for a cup of bold. They used to rotate and have different bold flavors like Sumatra but everytime I have gone there in the past year they have only served Verona. One time they had Italian blend which is awful. Verona is supposed to be bold, but they now use less coffee and it is watered down. Last two times I got bold at this location, I had to get them to add a shot because the coffee was so weak. I seriously thought they gave me blond roast but she stated it was Verona. I have now been making my own Organic Carolina Roast at home and the Verona cannot even compare to this local roast from N Carolina.
