Good Service. Drive thru moves slow sometimes. Difficult customers that hold up line need to be managed.
At this Starbucks they do something a little weird when they finish your drink they don't call the drinks name or the name on the cup they just sit the drink on the corner until you figure out it's finished, also I have been here only three-time and all three times they have never got my drink right on top of what I said previously . My only pleasant experience I have had here is that the Battista who had taken my orders at the cash register was nice and friendly honestly there is a Starbucks on Mercury there always a line but the customer service and orders are superb
Very little can be said about the interior. It has no ambiance due to the full size windows that make up 50% of the walls, letting all the natural light in - which is not a bad thing, but obliterates any semblance of privacy or intimacy. The size of the store and layout isn't optimal if you're looking for a place to read, or relax since it's cramped, has very few comfortable furniture to sit on, all the blenders are fewer than 15 feet from where you would sit. Simply put, the seating just looks like it's there because the other stores have them too.What this store does very well on is service and making Starbucks coffee. Regardless of how you feel about Starbucks coffee, this store delivers what I perceive is the corporate expectation of what their coffee should be. The staff is courteous, fast, responsive, and have just enough pep in their step to make me feel like they're not miserable in their job.The excellence at this shop is 100% in their customer service and ability to deliver their product to you. I wouldn't hang out at the shop for fun, though.
Was my first time ever, drinking a Starbucks coffee, how ever, I really wasn't taking by Surprise,(the hype), that I heard from others. The lady was very nice.
They’re so fast and friendly here! One of the few stores that can make a shaken espresso right. They’re super welcoming and they have a convenient mobile order vs cafe order counter separation. Absolutely my favorite Starbucks
Customer service sucks. Be prepared to be stared at until you finally ask “is someone going to take my order “ …& then they’ll act surprised & defensive as if they don’t know what type of service they work for.
The best Starbucks in Hampton. Drinks are always done right. Staff is friendly.
