BEWARE!! I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Food quality was below standards. Food was cold fries were brown and I had two missing items. I went back to the location to ask for the other to be redone and I was met with a attitude from Ms.Gore. She took my whole order off the table before I could take pictures and put it in the trash. I always believe it’s not what you say or do it’s how you do it. I told her never mind because when people are mad you never know what they’ll do especially with food. I asked her to refund my money and she said I can’t you’ll have to do it on the app. I ended up called the customer service number and that was a struggle. Still not refund of my money $38.87. Next step is my bank. I ended up going to a different location 8 minutes away in front of lowes off of Mercury blvd and everything was perfect I ended up tipping the gentleman Amir even though he said he didn’t require it but great service should be rewarded since unfortunately it’s not common. I wish I was able to take a photo of the food.
Best junk food in town. Though a bit expensive. But delicious. The fries and the burger yummy.
Sonic itself is a hit or miss restaurant. This location I went to (Hampton) is a miss by a mile. Sometimes I do misspeak or mispronounce a word since I am in a rush and just trying to get home but, that gives you no right to cut me off, raise your tone, and then proceed to not give me service. I do not know who was on staff unfortunately but, this was a Thursday around 5ish.Note to Owner: Please, train your staff better. It is Sonic although, customers keep your doors open with their service. Once you push them away, your business is in jeopardy.
This was an awful visit. We came for shakes and was told the shake machines where not working and that they had taken them down because they where closing in about 20 minutes. I would suggest taking the machines apart after regular business hours. Sonics is known for their awesome ice cream and desserts and was the main reason for our visit. I was so disappointed..but not as much as my 7 year old son who just had his tonsils removed and was feeling sick and all he could eat was frozen ice cream, yogurt, or milkshakes. The woman also seemed annoyed that I ordered chicken tenders for myself because she said that she would have to cook them and it would take 6 minutes. Seems to me that the entire shift was trying to close the whole store down early to me. It would be better business to at least adhere to the business hours printed on the door.
The customer service is always great. I don't know the woman's name, but she's a gray haired black woman. She's very pleasant.
Came Saturday around 6:45 pm. There were a few cars in the parking lot and someone eating at a bench but some of the lights were off. We pulled up the the drive thru trying to order and one of the workers starts telling us that they're closed. Apparently "logic dictated that since some of the lights were off they were closed". Obviously not when Sonic is supposed to be open till midnight and there were cars and people in the parking lot. Will not be coming back to this Sonic because of the blatant rudeness of the worker from this location.
This is by far the best Sonic I’ve ever been to. My server Nikki was so friendly and the food was hot and fresh. I will most definitely be back to this location!!
Excellent friendly quick service. This is a less busy Sonic location, and used to be slow but has improved significantly. Now, I recommend this one if you're choosing between locations..
Lasy was extrmely rude then tried to be overly nice at the window. Left with order (without checking my fault) and realized at home that they messed up my irder after the drama. I ordered french toast sticks wgich comes with syrup which i get every time i go there. I also ask them for an icing dip cup they give u with the cinnamon bute things. I have never been charged for a condiment thwre ever! The rude lady made a huge deal about charging me for the icing. So finally i reluctantly agreed to the .50 charge... And guess what wasnt in the bag when i got home....THE ICING I PAID FOR!!! AGGGHHHHH!
If you like slow service, every order made wrong, and molded strawberries in your drink then come here! Worst sonic ever, you’ll send your order back to be corrected and they’ll still get it wrong. Waste of time and money.
