This is the best sonic I've ever been to. We had the opportunity to meet the owner and she is training her staff to be polite and efficient. ChikfilA you have some real competition. This Sonic is not playing around when it comes to ALL the things that keep customers coming back.
So my husband and I both got the same thing but I didn't get the bun. I confused them so bad with my order but they were so nice and they got my order exactly how I asked. I really enjoy this location.
I don't even know where to start with this one... The lady at the ordering board was rude and impatient (mind you I waited for about 3 minutes to even get my order taken.) When I ordered my ONE vanilla milkshake, it took them 10 minutes! And on top of that, I didn't even get the milkshake, I told them I want my money back and it took another 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge the fact that I asked for my money back... If you're looking for a decent place to eat, this is not it. Go somewhere else.
Food was good but service was slow took like 15mins from ordering to get food
Terrible service . One car Infront of us once we pulled to window 15 min to get a cheeseburger and two corn dogs and it was cold and no condiments in the bag. Don't recommend this location.
Super slow in the drive thru. And the fries were Luke warm, burger was also not hot. I waited a good while to get just to be disappointed!
Went for the drinks and decided to get a hotdog. Restaurant refused to grill the hotdog. I switched to tots - not one of my best ideas. Tots were not good, but the ice drinks were amazing.
Every single time I come here and order, the person on the cashier/drive-thru taking my order is always extremely rude. They act like they don’t want to work or be there. It makes the whole experience awful because the people who serve you are supposed to be the faces of Sonic. Worst customer service. Worse than McDonald’s customer service.
I went to drive to just to get 2 milkshakes only person in line still sat there for over 15 minutes so I walked to the window to ask what's taken so long they still have not even made my milkshakes.... the young worker's was playing around like they're not at work .... even though the manager did make it right I will no longer support their business
Slow to not be extremely busy...don't know if short staffed or not but that would definitely make a difference...it did take a little while to order and even longer to get the 1 item ordered. The quality was great so it made up for the wait!
