First impression, it was slow. OK however you should take the time to catch up and tidy up. Perhaps use a not greasy mop on the floors of the back half of restaurant. Could tell you used your cooking area mop on bathroom floor. My child asked why the floor was slick. OK now to the food. Burger decent but that is expected it's in your name. Fries nice herbs and spices. Now for the not so good part. I asked for a plain cheese burger. Got a good size burger and bread. No cheese? What happened...no cheese. And Flys and fruit Flys which tells me you are not properly storing your veggies....hmmm. So it's a hard pass ? I will try back in 6 months see if they got stuff together.
This was my first time trying Smashburger, and I was not disappointed. Not only was the food superb, and ready in about five minutes, but the service was spot on.I was greeted with a smile, by Giasha, immediately upon entering. I ordered a Signature Smashburger (single). It was cooked perfectly, and all of the toppings were absolutely fresh, even the lettuce. The fries and shack were also amazing. If all that wasn't enough, the dining area was immaculate... in the middle of the lunch rush, no less. Also, it was clearly well maintained. There wasn't a single item in disrepair, not even a flickering light. To top it all off, the restroom was, by far, the cleanest I have seen in many months. It had obviously been used, but it was lunchtime. More importantly, it was obvious to me that it had been properly cleaned over the long haul. As a former health inspector, I can assure you that is quite uncommon.Well done, Smashburger, from a guy not easily impressed.
This location is in need of better supervision. After three visits over three months (all Sat lunches), have found the following: Tables are consistently dirty, lobby floors are mopped with the kitchen mop (meaning the grease is spread everywhere and it is slippery), and the whole place gives off a ‘dumpy’ vibe.“Why do you keep going?” The friends I roll with go for lunch when we all meet up… and I like their milk shakes. The food is consistent and as expected. As a good buddy of mine would say, “It only takes a little bit to go first class.” They just need to tidy up a few areas of their operation and they’d be a solid 4. They want 5 stars, the place would need a better layout and more comfortable chairs.
The Colorado burger within Oreo shake is the perfect combination.I got their regular fries fresh but they were over seasoned where I couldn't eat them. However, don't let that stop you from having an incredible burger with awesome service
Delicious fries and shake. When I came to pick up my shake they had it in the freezer I was nine minutes late for my pick up the guys still were on top of that great customer service I got the brisket double I’m about to bite into it right now I’m driving my car oh boy my mouth is salivating right now I can’t wait to eat this delicious yummy brisket double I’m about to go to flavor town
Tried the truffle burger and wow!!! This is one of the best burgers I've had in years. We tried the onion haystack and sweet potato fries and again, kudo's.Can't wait to try our local Smashburger.
Good food, if a little expensive for what you get. The shake felt especially small for the price. I do appreciate the high level of customization though.
SO GOOD! I definitely recommend their bacon burgers. Very fair pricing and delicious food.
Unsupervised teenagers . Very unsanitary seen worker touching hair and face with gloves and then touch food . On there cell phone while cooking as well and sitting and lounging near the food . Couldn’t even stomach to eat the food. Do not recommend. Wasted money . Last time going there
Pretty good burger. Just alittle pricey.2 adults and a 7 year old...&45.00No complaints on the food.
