The food is always good but the people working here were some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met in my life. They were cussing like crazy back & forth, told us that we had to wait 20 more minutes for pizza & for us “not to call because she will put us on hold because she doesn’t have time for that.” I’ve been going here since I was a little kid but that is insane. The owner should be ashamed for the people working for their business.
The waitress and the host barely acknowledged me. I walked up to the counter for 5 mins no one said anything to me finally the host asked what do I like to order and I asked to dine in and she told me to just sit anywhere. So I sat down and waited about 20 mins and no one came I saw the waitress a few times but she never asked me what I wanted. I don't think I fit the profile to dine in. I have however picked up a pizza to go and I liked it a lot but this was the second time going here and just not good impression.
Food & service is great. But please turn off Fox News. We can't eat and stomach that nonsense. Try HGTV or HLN.
My husband and I absolutely love this place enough for us to make it our regular dine in night Monday evening after we are both off from work! The service is absolutely fantastic and after our first visit, the same waitress who took our order remembered our partial order and our faces so that was very surprising but enjoyable nonetheless. The BLT is delicious and while my husband is not a huge fan, he tried this place’s version and he actually enjoyed it! Anything with the pizza is fantastic when it’s paired with wings lol. Generous portions and plenty of leftovers to go around for $30. Already making plans to come by again next Monday evening :)
I have only had Italian subs from here. But walking in to get them. The looks of smiles on the faces of the people dinning here. Will let you know that not just the Italian sub. Is fantastic. The food smells amazing when you walk into the place. I think I need to snag some friends and try dinner here one night. From the looks of the pasta and pizza I see going in there. It all has to taste good.
My co-workers say this is the best pizza they've ever had... while it's not the best I've ever had, it's damn good for what it is. This isn't a high-end pizza joint with $35 pizzas and fancy cocktails. This is a nice, small-town vibe pizza joint with huge slices for a good price. The pepperonis drip with oils, so you know you got something good. For the place and the price, this is hard to beat.
When your being referred by a local , and the online menu is not accurate it’s unprofessional! Regardless of what the circumstances may be please update the menu or make it unavailable until further notice! Also when being told the menu is wrong , don’t catch an attitude with a customer .The lady taking Togo orders was inpatient and she had a bad attitude. It’s not good for business , please patience and customer service is number one with a pandemic going on . People are short staff and paying customers are getting treated unfairly.
Good pizza owner can be very rude especially if you have a complaint..
we started ordering from Ricco's on the advice of a current resident we absolutely love the food whether it pizza grinders or salads
