Ordered the Lobster Lover plate. Not much to love. Mash potatoes were the top item on the plate. Both Lobster tails were like rubber, you could jave played hoops with them. Had to use a knife to cut them.Talked to the manager and he blamed it on the quality of food they were getting. The biscuits and the waite service were the best thing they had to offer.
This location has roaches. We saw a roach crawling on the window, and saw a dead roach on the carpet. I immediately felt sick. Do not eat here.
Been coming to this location since High School. Never a long wait. The staff is very friendly and helping with what ever accommodations you seek. I ordered a Top-Shelf Long Island Iced Tea drink from the bar, and when it came the bar tender asked for me to taste it to see if I liked it. If I didnt, she would re-make the drink. That's what I call great customer service. Oh by the way, I ordered food as well for my family. Everything came out fast. Food was great. I made sure to tip generously.
Surprisingly good! Way too much food for one person to consume! Unfortunately, they couldn't make two of the four cocktails I asked for because they didn't have the ingredients, but the third time was a charm. Hmmnhahaha!?
Food was excellent. Waiter seemed in a hurry for some reason. Used a gift card but couldn't combine it with a discount coupon. Waiter gave a sorry explanation. I used coupon and gift card before at another Red lobster and didn't have any problems.
Very disappointed..It took 10 minutes to be seated with barely anyone in the restaurant, ok not horrible. The hostess walked around looking for the waitress asking her if she could take another table. It was 730. I was seated at 740. It was 755 before the waitress came over and 10 additional minutes for me to get a drink. It took about 20 minutes for my food to come out and the potatoes and broccoli were cold. The lobster had clearly just been warmed up because it looked old. The saving grace was the waitress was super nice. I sent an email but of course no one responds. This is the 2nd time and probably last that I will go to this location. I tried to give them another chance and wasted 40 bucks.
went here for my birthday at about late 8ish pm. wait for table was long, and place was basically empty. Food was good. our server was good
The local one in Hampton is actually quite good especially the servers. I usually go around lunch time which had me pleasantly surprised at service. Not very crowded during those times either so it's a pretty good choice to just meet up or do a business lunch.
I gave Red Lobster 3 Stars not because of the service, but for the food. I had a $27 meal and in return I received broc should have had cheese on it. Not there. The 3 pieces of fish..Wow where did they come from a guppy. I was ashamed for you ..junk..The shrimp was ok and the rolls were good. Red Lobster should be ashamed of themselves..You are charging real money for this mess. I now know why I do not eat out and will never again give you guys my money.. Work on being a 5 star restaurant again and not make it all about money.Shameful!!
My family and I had stopped coming to this location due to the horrible service we recieved in the past. We came back today in hopes that things had changed. Am I glad we did. Our server, Rick, was very attentive and delivered awesome customer service. He set the standards high for future servers. Thank you for making this resturaunt a fan favorite again.
