Placed an app order in the store...that was my fault. Jumped out of line to app order pickup line 30 min later I get my food. Paid for LG drinks...got MED because they were out of LG cups...wasn't actually told this...heard them tell another customer...wasn't going to wait around and try to get my money back for that. Now you'd think we'll they are just short staffed...nope there were 9 people working behind counter. Drive through and the actual ordering line were moving right along getting orders out. Would not reccomend this place.
Wrong order, waiting for food at the drive thru window instead of them pulling people forward to wait and taking care of the next car. Mac n cheese was mushy, the order was all wrong and the male night manager was the most rude of all the staff! I'm not going back here and do yourself a favor and don't waste your money. Long weave, dreads and fingernails all over the open chicken bin.

Had the cajun fish sandwich. Not impressed. More batter than fish. Not much sauce. For 5$ you only get the sandwich.Its bigger than golden arch, shaped like a chicken patty, but not a better deal than the roast beef place.
Omg this has to be the best Popeyes in Hampton Roads! It was running like a well oiled machine! The girls in the front were rocking it out! Polite, expediting orders left and right, and they did great ? The manager should have full confidence in them and let then do their thing because they got this hands down!
There is ALWAYS a 20+ minute wait here. It wouldn't be bad if the wait was for hot food but it's usually just warm. The customer is also not the greatest but I tolerate it because it's the only Popeyes close to my job. If you're able to go to the Popeyes further up on Jefferson, it's better.
Very long line, they are out of multiple things we tried to order which is understandable because they were busy but our tenders were nasty very dry and hard... don't like leaving bad reviews but this is the reason we stopped coming here before
Drive thru took forever. Food was wrong. My chicken tenders had no chicken. it was skin and crust. Once I went home, had to go back to get them to fix it and give me the missing stuff as well. They did apologize and fixed it. So I have to give them that.
CHECk your order if you’re going through the drive-thru. I just literally bought 20 mins ago, got home and put the food on the table. Missing the chicken nuggets and the mashed potatoes! They keep a long line but the food is delicious! And great customer service even though they were under a lot of pressure.
