This place is DISGUSTING!! While working their ,they had trash all over the floor . They steal money from out the cashiers and blame it on the new people and write them up for it. They talk trash about all of the employees & also they leave the beans and rice sitting on the counters for hours and then they give old mash potatoes and beans and rice to you and put it under a light to make you think they just made it!. When they cook the chicken and biscuits they do NOT fully clean the pans and pots they leave old nasty grease and black stuff all in it and remake the stuff. This restaurant is disgusting and the attitude is disgusting. I DO NOT RECCOMEND GOING HERE NOR APPLYING FOR HERE. ITS AT LEAST 20-30 PEOPLE WHO QUIT THIS JOB AT THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION EVERY MONTH. They are ghetto and highly unprofessional.
If food quality & friendly service were the only two criteria to consider, then I wouldn't hold back 5 stars. But the truth is, they just cheated me! Ordered 3-pc. combo via drive-thru, got home only to find 2 pieces only. Really? They have forgotten a side order a couple times in the past, but this is ridiculous. Warning to all customers: open your bag right when they hand it to you. Someone doesn't like that you're checking up on them? Tough chicken lips! You work hard for your money.
That's a chicken that was in my three piece combo small as a quarter I have been in the food industry for over thirty years and as a Manager you should send that back to your headquarters that's your inventory and money on your books come on I paid a lot for my food they deserve a Zero
As always the food was good, however the customer service was horrible! I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes to be told to come inside to pick up my order. When I get inside the first thing I see is a young boy employee, go from sweeping the dirty floors to bagging up food without ever sanitizing his hands, or even put on gloves he just put the broom down and grabbed the food with the manager and all the customers standing there! Needless to say my order was supposed to be ready at 5:44, I walked out the door with it at 6 :20 PM
You know....This location is just "ok" and im saying this because its ALWAYS a Hassel ordering food here.But i can say the staff are trying their best they are just VERY UNDERSTAFFED.. there is ALWAYSa wait whether your going through the drive through, or going inside.. not ideal to go to on lunch breaks at all....This particular day i waited 45mins for my food??♀️and that was ONLY because i PAID first just imagine asking for a refund...The DOORDASHer had to call corporate due to him not being able to pick up the customer food he waited in line for for OVER 25MINS this day.I dont go to this location often because of all of the craziness
As per usual they forgot my drink and my sauce. But I gotta give the lady in the drive thru was great. Super super nice! The manager was out of apple pies and out of nuggets so she made it right with tenders, which I didn't care which one I got. But when I got home there was no drink and no sauce for all them tenders. But I called and she took my name and took care of my next visit which I was surprised by that. I didn't call for a handout but it felt good to get it. But cudos to the staff as they were out of stuff so they are making lemonade out of lemons!
Ran out food, did not update app. Unable to process the refund in store, had to reach out to corporate. Line was also out the building and they decide that it was a good time to train the new guy. Multiple customers were waiting around for various meals to be fixed.
Every time I get sent to this location to pick up DoorDash orders, the lobby is filled to the max with people waiting for mobile orders that have not even been started by the employees yet. On top of that, they serve the drive thru customers before they help anyone in the lobby, so we only get what’s left, which is usually not what the customer ordered. So the customer pays to wait over 1.5 hours for food they didn’t even order. I receive tips based on how long it takes me to get the customer their order, so this is ridiculous smhP.S. Employees are rude, touching cellphones with the same gloves used to prepare food, and receipts are literally all over the counter and floor (in front and behind the counter)
placed an order online through popeyes web site, and uber eats, sorriest service i've ever had to deal with, told an hour an a half after order and money was taken that the store wasn't even open. now i'm playing hell trying to get my money back. popeyes at langley sucks, very unprofessional, costumer service is childish and very rude, will not go there again. but what do you expect from the employees that work there...kids
The staff is friendly, especially the manager (female on day shift Jan 25)There's ALWAYS a wait for food but the line stays long so you know people like it. The food comes out hot and fresh and tasting good though!
