Ordered last week, waiting almost 3hr to get the food. Obviously submitted a complaint, got a call from the manager letting us know we could get a free order from them since they messed up. Got around to ordering it today, let them know it was for delivery three times, of course 3hrs later, I call to check the status. Then they tell me the order was put in as pickup. Absolutely ridiculous, the management here is really struggling. I commend corporate for trying to right the wrong in the first place, but the management at this pizza hut still couldn't get it right the second time around. They just need to go.

We were told 10-20 mins for our pizza to be ready. 40 mins later it still wasn't ready. I waited outside for 25 mins and had called 3 times before they actually brought it out. I got all the way home and one of the pizzas was made completely incorrectly. After waiting that long and getting home to my kids and seeing it was the wrong pizza I was unhappy. Went back to go get it and it was AGAIN MADE INCORRECTLY. We will not be buying pizza from this location again.

I placed an order at 4:18pm online with this store. I called at 6:45pm to see what was going on with my order because on the tracker that I was sent it shows my food was still being made for the passed 2 hours. The woman on the phone informed me that she called the number they had on file and I advised her when I updated the address I updated the phone number. She then told me thats the only number she had and that when she tried to call it was to advise me that this store has no drivers. I dont understand how there's delivery service offered in a store and there's no drivers but when I called she did have a driver and offered to redo my order. I asked how long the order would take, she told me "however long the orders gonna take to get done" I asked for a MANAGER to find out that this is your manager thats talking to me like this. I am an account holder with pizza hut and now completely dissatisfied. I will no longer order from this store.

I have not had pizza in a long time and I was so looking forward to stuff crust. These guys did not deny me !

Such poor customer service! I ordered online for delivery. Was called 10 minutes later and was asked if I could come in to pick up my order, the delivery person had car issues, I said no problem at all. The lady on the phone then stated she would give me 50% off my order. Well great no problem at all. I drove over here to pick my order up. They couldn't find my order the gentleman said, a few seconds later a woman walked up to the door and said can you move your car you are taking up 3 driver's spots. ? I look out and said oh I'm sorry I will be rite out. She said no move it now please! I said there's other parking spots available if you need to park immediately! No move your car now he is going to be a few minutes to get what you need anyway she stated. I turned around the gentleman said oh your order wasn't made it's going to be about 8 minutes. I said okay, then asked is the manager available? He stated that the woman who was demanding me to move my car was the manager. I was literally in this establishment for 2 minutes there we're no signs posted that stated it was the driver's parking spots, I always order online, this is my first time ever coming here. To be so rude and impatient as a manger with customers is sad. I ordered from here so often guess I will now look for something else! People fail to realize customer service go along way. Hope this location can work on it!

Horrible service. Ordered our food at 5:30. The tracker kept saying the order was being made. 90 minutes later, the same thing. I call and they said "it got delayed, it should be there in 30 minutes". 2 and a half hours later! I call and ask about it. The employee tells me "he's about to walk out the door with it" I tell the employee "it'll be 3 hours by the tike I'll get the food" the employee offers a managers discount. I tell them go cancel the order. No apology, no nothing. They just hang up on me.

I completed the order process on line. I waited the estimated time to go pick up my order. Upon arrival my order had never been received by the store. The cashier and manager had no idea why. Only because 1 I never closed out the order screen on my phone AND 2 I had an email confirmation w/receipt they started making my order. Once done about 40 mins later, the order was incorrect even after the attendant wrote down what was requested.

Larger pans of pastas for the family meals!!!! The two small flat pans we received were insulting. When a customer ask to have their chicken wings rolled in BBQ sauce roll ALL of them and not three. I had to use my own BBQ sauce to finish your job.

These ppl gave me two pepperoni pizzas and I ordered one pepperoni and one meat lovers. Call the manager and they tell me to go back up there and get my meat lovers. Go back up there and they still don't have the pizza done. These ppl are slow rude and give off all negative vibes. No type of customer service whatsoever.

My family really likes Pizza Hut's pizza. It's an old time favorite. We always order the supreme, meat lover's, & cheese with onions. It's made with perfection for us.
