My wife, son and I went to Panera Bread Earlier today and left after no one came to the counter to assist us. There were at least 4 people in plain view of us and one young lady looked directly at us. If being at the register isn’t your job, go find someone. I’m big on customer service and by what we experienced today, we won’t come back.
Food was just barely warm and we ordered and ate inside. Asked if they could heat up the food or just microwave it and they said they couldn’t reheat the pizza cause we had barely touched one side and they didn’t offer to remake one or fix anything. All the booths are ripped, drink area has gnats flying around and just not great. 2 stars cause the manager came over and said sorry but just offered us a cookie as we were leaving.
This was the first time we stopped here for lunch and we ordered 1/2 sandwiches which came to 8.19 each without tax, I'm not complaining about the cost what really mad me mad was when we got home and looked at the receipt it said we should have gotten a drink with the meal. Well the girl who took our order never told us that. I felt she should have told us it comes with a drink and chips but she didn't bother. Whatever happened to customer service, no one nowadays seems to care but they want you to tip them.
This locations as good as any other in the sense that they have good service and quality food. Didn’t have to wait too long and was satisfied with my order.
First, I will share that what I ordered was accurate as well as delicious. It was ready quickly (I had pre-ordered and chose to pick it up inside.) Knowing I had an hour's drive ahead of me after picking up my lunch I used the restroom and was quite surprised when I saw the condition of the facilities. I posted pictures and I hope upper management sees them and takes notice that recourses need to be dedicated to this Panera for restroom updates and improvements. If this is the same restroom that the staff also has to use, it makes me feel like management could care a bit more about working conditions. I can't speak for all of the restaurant, but from the pickup door to the restroom, and to pickup my order and then leave, the restaurant looked dirty and unkept.
Ordered through the app. Scheduled For 6pm. at 5:10pm. Ordered an hour early. I have 6 kids, big order, $104. Showed up at the time the app adjusted to 6:18pm. Logged in the space number and waited. After over 20 minutes, kids crying about being hungry, went inside. Nobody started the order, they had no clue it even existed. The managers snide remark, “anything over $100 should have been catering.” Who cares, the order was already paid for and it’s late. The staff wasn’t even sure they had the items to complete the order. So here I sit with upset kids and waiting. The only concession the manager offered was a beverage. After over 30 minutes and still no food. I was informed when I asked how long it would take to get the order. Give me 10-20 minutes.
Ive always had a past with Panera, but recently ive haven't been. Today that all ends....and im glad it has! Still delicious and still one of my favorites!!
Clean, coffee is good. I'm going to sit in a dine for the first time next week and try Thai Chicken Salad as suggested by staff.

Typically good service. My only complaint is that they forgot to make my order after I had placed it online with a 30 minute lead time. I parked in the curbside parking, and after waiting 10 minutes(at 40 minutes now since I had ordered), they informed me it would be out shortly. I waited an additional 20 minutes and it still hadn't been made. I had to leave and came back later for a refund.However, that was a one time experience.
