I was out in the area and happened to see this Panda Express. The time was around 7ish and this place was packed, I did not see many customers wearing mask BUT the employees did have on ALL Black Mask. This is the reasoning behind my five stars. The food was hot and I stayed about 5-10 minutes in line at the time and day. Overall would I come back, yes.
Honestly, save yourself the trouble and don't go to this location, especially within an hour of closing. They lock the doors early, but still have the drive thru open. However, they run out of most stuff and refuse to make more, so you are stuck with whatever they haven't run out of yet. I can understand doing this in the last 15 minutes or but not an hour before closing.Going during the day doesn't yield much better results as they turnover make me wait to get anything because it's being made.
I placed an order March 3 , I get a text 20 something mins later saying my order was cancelled .. I called , no one picked up . Figured okay that’s great I’ll figure something else out for dinner and keep an eye on my account for a refund . Here it is , March 7 , still no refund and STILL not answering the phone when I call this location . I’ve filed a dispute with my bank . Not happy about any of this
Good food it's always hot plenty of selections very courteous and welcoming I would definitely visit again
I figured I would try the Panda Express in Hampton vs the one off Victory Blvd this time. I’m done with Panda Express. Glad I didn’t eat whoever’s hair follicle this is. Food was hot, but hair in food ruined my appetite.
I love getting food from this place they are always fast and very nice when you walk in and the food is always amazing! I would recommend here to anyone! Kathryn there is the best also she is always super nice and asks me how my day is going which goes a long way when i have worked a long shift that day!
Great food. Hot and very generous servings for myself and daughter. I had the spicy beef on top of both chow mein and fried rice. Yummy. My girl had broccoli beef on sticky white rice. She loved it! Enjoy. Great staff!
Ive been going here for a few years now, i go about once every one or two months. Before when they started the franchise 10 years ago it wasn't that good compared to traditional Chinese restaurants. But they've come around alot and have great entries. Their food has become "trusted by the consumer" which means the customer doesn't have to worry about where when why and how the food was made. The only thing missing is the spare/boneless ribs, not sure why they don't serve that. Perhaps its because of an agreement with the other restaurant servers like Boston Market, Food Lion and Walmart who all serve ribs. But Chinese ribs are unique so i still go to the traditional restaurants for those. They have boiled shrimp, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, Chinese beef broccoli, and a few more.
I been going here for over a year now. Always clean and nice. Sometimes they keep the portion small if it's less if the tray but they generally take care of you. I get their bigger plate option and it's always more then enough and good tasting food. I would normally choose a local Chinese food but that's a good sub for sometimes.
Just left Panda Express in Hampton, Va and this young man rings me up with gloves on and takes my money and when I reminded him to change them before going back on the line he just ignored me. Dam so there is no more clean food habits i guess. Another resturant on the do not eat list.
