Last night my family and I decided to try this location and it was honestly a horrible experience. A young lady used profanity repeatedly at the front counter to the manager as other families with their children watch on. Another gentlemen came in and was not an employee he proceeded to take the young lady’s phone that worked there and took it outside. Two others and said employee beat another person on the side of the building in front of my children. It was a horrible and scary experience to see.

Like others that have posted here, I used to thoroughly enjoy this Moes. My major issue at this point is the service: individuals on the line are polite, but they dont have any training or guidance on how to prioritize orders and it results in a bunch of unhappy customers who are ordering online.I placed an online order for a dinner kit with a pick up time for 515pm. Upon arrival at 5, I see three other people waiting for pick up orders. By my pick up time the number of people waiting for pick up orders had doubled. When asked about the status, the staff member (politely) said none of the online orders had been started and so she wasnt sure when they'd be ready. Meanwhile the rest of the staff successfully served no less than 20 other customers who had come through the line.This isn't the crew's fault. But neither did I see anyone resembling management or even a team lead working to keep both in person and online orders processed. The store has a separate work station to help with such things, but it wasnt open or being used.After waiting 45 minutes, I got in line and directly ordered the exact same thing I'd ordered online. It was done before the online order was.To add insult to injury, the food then sat on the countertop for another half hour waiting for...not sure. After an hour and 20 minutes in the store, I gave up and left. Called to cancel the order and the staff was very polite and apologetic, and got the order cancelled.

Got a free burrito for my bday and it tasted great. Not to mention they gave me a big side of chips. Thank you

This used to be my favorite location. Over the past months the service and quality of food has declined. Today was by far the worse experience ever. My husband stopped by to pick up food for our family of five. Purchased five burritos only to get home and discover one of them had been left out of the bag. By the time he made it home it was about 5min until the restaurant closed. I placed a call to the restaurant immediately and was told “the restaurant is closed, the most I can do for you is remake your order for you tomorrow “. I expressed to her that “ I understand the restaurant is closed but that staff is still there cleaning. My husband could be back to the restaurant in less than 10 minutes to pick up the item the staff neglected to put in the bag.”She told me “no, we have cleaned everything and threw all the food away “ I asked to speak with the manager and was told I couldn’t because she was busy cleaning the grill. My question to her was “is cleaning the grill more important to the manager then dealing with a customer who’s food was forgotten “ she placed me on hold only to come back and say the manager would come to the phone once she was finished cleaning the grill. 5 min later the employee comes to the phone and says the manager said the burrito is still on the counter and you can come back and get it!Come back and get the food that you just told me was the trash? No thanks, I’d like to speak to the manager. She stated “she will come to the phone when she’s done cleaning the grill “ .7 minutes later the manager Kristen comes to the phone. I present to her the same question I asked the employee “is cleaning the grill more important to the manager then dealing with a customer who’s food was forgotten “ her response was yes!I have never had such horrible customer service in my life. I will never visit this location again and will be sure to tell my friends and family about the poor customer service and food quality. Not to mention they were out of queso and chips

My first time eating there. I had the grilled chicken nachos. They were very good. Great staff and clean restaurant. The salsas were fantastic!!

This location is literally night and day. Day shift aren't bad but night shift is horrible I stopped in on 3/10/22 after a physical therapy appointment. Didn't get greeted was basically not even asked how I wanted my burrito my husband was ignored when the girl walked away. And then to add insult to injury the cashier had the nerve to request a tip... Uhhh no ma'am we ended up leaving with my burrito only because I had already start it and I don't waste food but I'm over that location.

Moe's should find someone who knows how to manage a team and fill that seat because it's empty at this location. The two girls up front(putting chips on a plate, running the register) hate their job and made the entire experience awkward and uncomfortable, they both should be excused. Both of them looked like zombies, they looked and acted like they were being punished, leaned up against the register the whole time only moving to press a few buttons. I personally will NEVER visit a Moe's again and suggest you avoid this restaurant, and this location in particular. Lack of leadership is hurting this place.

The last 4 times I've order Moes through uber eats, I haven't received a correct order or the chips I always order. Why ask me if I want chips and salsa or cookies if you're never going to put them in the bag? Thanks for the ~20 Dollar loss over the course of the last several orders. 2 Stars for being a good time when you actually do get a correct order I guess.

My partner and i ordered through doordash to pick up in store and take home to eat. We got home to enjoy our 30 dollars worth of food and realize that both of our orders are missing items, and poorly prepared. The tortilla chips look and taste like someone dropped an entire bottle of salt and shook them around. The short encounter that I had with the staff was just poor. The manager was laying across the counter and the staff just had this terrible energy coming from them. I understand that not everyone likes your job, but to the moes employees at this location: DO BETTER. You wouldn’t want to be treated the way that us customers have been treated according to these reviews. And to the manager, maybe you should take some initiative to get off of the counter and properly train your staff.

This Moe’s has fallen off within the last year or so. The last few times I have went here the tortilla chips have been over cooked. This last time I was waiting to be checked out by a girl who was standing at the register then she walked away and told another guy to check us out. He didn’t, I end up having wait for someone else to give us our chips and check us out. There seems to be a lot of young people who know nothing about customer service. I get it, but there needs to be more training done. I live less then 5 mins. away but I will not be returning to this location.
