Went to the drive thru. There was at least a 15 minute hold up. Not sure why. I ordered burrito meal and 2 additional burritos. Received one order. Handed them my receipt. That I didn't really pay attention to. And the manager (in a rude way) stated I was only charged for one order. I accepted this because the line was already delayed enough. I got home and reviewed the receipt and I was charged for the additional two burritos. Opened the remaining order and the sandwich was incorrect. Receipt showed bacon, egg, cheese biscuit. That's what I ordered, I received a McGriddle. This location was always fast and accurate. Not sure why it was so horrible today. ?
Every time I go there my order is wrong and you can never get any one on the phone. One day I order surf and turf and I received a chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich. Another time I ordered caramel frappe with no whip topping and why I get mocha and no one answered the phone again. Yes I did do a feedback and no call me back. Please check your bags. I sit in drive thru 10 minutes waiting on ketchup ?
I need to give 0 stars. I came to this location on 3/2/22 and ordered a McDouble and a fish sandwich meal. Several hours after eating, I have had nothing but liquid diarrhea and constant vomiting since then that has landed me in the bathroom and on bed rest, this food and location gave me SEVERE food poisoning… I have not been able to eat and barely able to keep water down
I have ordered curbside pickup at least 5 times, every single time I order I think to my self, maybe they were busy last time that’s why it took 20 minutes to get my order. Wrong. Every. Single. Order. I have placed for curbside pickup takes at MINIMUM 20 minutes to receive. Unacceptable.
Drive thru a little slow but it tasted like McDonalds.**update** like ALL other restaurants and customer service in Hampton Roads, this one closed early tonight as well. Seems to be a theme. Was at one earlier where the could “only take cash” but you could process an DoorDash order, as well as Uber eats. SMH. I guess if u wanna eat past 11 you’re screwed in Hampton Roads.
The Friday night shift customer service is slipping and they close curbside way too early for anyone's convenience I'm sure.
Great experience! Our service was fast, quick, staff was professional, and the food was GREAT! We went in the morning and the food was fresh, hot, and the staff were very friendly. We would definitely recommend this location. Nice area and shopping center.
O just came from buying some McDonald's and had the worst service. I ordered the $3.50 bundle of chicken nuggets and fries, 3 ordered. The Person preparing the food had the nerve to give me 3 small fries with barely any fries in them. I told him this was unacceptable and that there was barely any fries. The food is not free this is something I paid for. He nearly refused to to give more fries. I asked for my receipt because believe me I would call the Supervisor and Ceo if I have to. He finally gave me my fires. I had to watch them to make sure they don't spit in my food. The night shift have no kind of customer service skills. Give the customer what they want. I will never go there again. They are very unprofessional and ghetto.
I got there at 10:31am I asked for lunch-I was told there is no lunch right now. I asked what's a good time to get back in line , I wanted to park and get back in line. I was told they did not have a time( meanwhile you hear in the background some yelling). I got to window and he still had no idea, no explanation, no manager came to apologize or explain what was going on. I called the care number, they apologized and said they would call. Is just bad service when you don't have a professional setting- especially people like me, I was on my lunch break. Too bad the recording I took was too long to attached. I would of loved for you to hear them. Then I speed to McDonals on colisium, I get someone else's order. I pray the restaurant services get better.
its amazing the food is great but theres a down side theres always something you order its wrong but that's it its amazing check it out
