Holy cow… AVOID THIS ONE! Terrible and rude service, terrible food- burgers are burnt and fries are greasy. Have tried giving them a couple a shots at making a decent meal, but no dice. Not worth the time or the $$$.
Sat at the drive through for quite a few minutes no one ever said anything. I said hello a few times nobody said anything. This was 1:09 pm Monday January 31st. So unprofessional. Went to Burger King instead
The only reason l ever go to this location is it is a couple of blocks from my house. Almost every time l go there is a problem of some kind. Mostly the wait is very long and the lobby hours are random. Sign says lobby is open until 11pm and sometimes doors are locked before 8pm!
Over 9 dollars for a #1. Burger was slapped together and messy before the first bite. Customer service was fine.
The employees, and the management, are TOTALLY RUDE at this location!Apparently, the lobby is closed; however, not a single sign is posted (other than the ones that say 'come on in').The door was open, but when I walked in, I was vehemently informed that the lobby was closed. When I told the manager there were no signs, that she ought to put some up, and that their delivery platform also said to use the lobby, she huffed and turned away like a teenager. An employee said, ''Why? It is closed!"Stop wasting our time! As delivery drivers, our time is valuable. As customers, our time is also valuable.
There was no wait in drive-thru...good. I requested my fish cooked fresh and fries with NO SALT. Instead of fresh, they gave me an old fish fillet smothered in tartar sauce,mustard and onions and SLOPPY! The fries were so cold, the salt on them was crystalized...I said NO SALT!!

I ordered 5 Hash Browns and got 4! Hash Browns were not adequately drained and were put straight into the paper holders ... They were so soggy and stuck to the paper that we weren't able to eat them. The overall quality was terrible. Had to remake the Egg McMuffin. Picture is after remaking Egg McMuffin and draining Hash Browns on second set of paper towels, also showing we only received 4 - not the 5 for which we paid
Every time I go the fries are from the grand opening I think. I went at about 930, cold hard fries. I took them back and was told it was too close to closing to cook fresh fries
