Placed drive thru order at 5:10, paid for it at 5:15, got the food at 5:34 and the order was wrong. Went in and one of the cashiers ignored us and walked away, had to wait on the other cashier who was helping other customers. We spent $23 but I don't understand why some of them are so rude at this location, now I remember why I have not been to this one in more than 2 years.
This place need to shut down. I have never seen anything like this. Rather it's breakfast or lunch the food is cold. The fish sandwich is messy . And fries are always cold. Breakfast sandwich old and cold for high prices. U would think A one quality. Not. Oh and every time u pull to speaker to order can u hold please. With one person ahead of you. Of it was up to me i would fire all of them. That Mcdonald Suck
Now i usually never get fast food, i just dont have the extra money to justify it. It's Friday, payday, so I figure why not? Went to drive thru 2:30 on a Friday, short line. Paid quickly and was told to wait for my nuggets, I'm excited, fresh nuggets. Wait 5 minutes and I get undercooked, mushy nuggets. To go with my 2 painfully obvious cold double cheeseburgers. I say obvious because they were even cold to the touch, not room temp, cold. They were also half wrapped like they do at Hardee's, with half the burger sticking out. "It was at least put together well right?" you ask. But no, every layer was off center enough they looked like steps. Cold sandwich means cold cheese, which means my burger isn't even stackable without half the stale bread breaking off with the cold cheese. The nuggets were warm though..
Fast, clean, the best McDonald's I've encountered in years. The food prep and handling were first class. Congratulations Mc Donald's for restoring my confidence in your restaurants!
Horrible service. The cashier would not acknowledge me at all while waiting in front of register to order. Yelled at customer before me because they simply asked for their drink cup after receiving their food. Yelled at customer behind me when he asked if/when we will be able to order. I watched her check her phone several times while waiting there. Left without ever ordering. Was a shocking experience. Horrible service. If you are an owner/manager reading this... get rid of that one. Front girl working on 2/7/22 at about 2pm, no name tag.
This McDonald's was amazing the manager and staff was super attentive and the kids loved it!I highly recommend them for kids parties as well as doing by for a fast bite.
Good morning 7:30 in the morning nobody out the window door close I’m a truck driver and I ask if I can order food by the window and they told me noooooooooo , is really nasty people working over there McDonald’s
I specifically asked for fresh cookies because I know they’d give me some old cookies that been in the display for hours….. I still got old cookies. That literally all I ordered it it only take 2 minutes to heat up.
Ordered off grubhub they didn’t give me my fries and the ingredients were off of the quarter pounder. Sandwich was cold and not good at all. Whole meal wasted. Very disappointed.
Fries were hot and not the bottom of the bag pieces but my Chicken sandwich looked like it was burnt. Tasted weird. ? Couldnt eat it.
