It's 2 a.m. we stopped to pick up a Coke and a burger and we have been waiting for 20 minutes now nothing is moving it is extremely annoying I never ever had to wait at a McDonald's for that long. At a time so much for fast food... update 10 minutes later we are still waiting for the food at this point we cannot leave the line we kind of stuck
I went to McDonald’s at 2:30 am right at closing time. Rather than being impatient like others might at closing, Denaia and Yanna were very accommodating and warm in personality. Thank you so much for this great experience and you are very lucky to have these 2 on your team!!
I’m sure the people here mean well, but this McDonalds literally never gets an order correct. Forget about customizing an order, they can’t even get just a standard order correct. Ever. And then when they finally do, you’ve been there an hour. Hard pass on visiting this location. To be clear, the people are very nice it just seems like none of them know how to do their jobs. At least not the first or second time.
I’ve gone there a couple times recently and they have gotten my order completely wrong both times. The first time they rang us up as chicken nuggets when we got a cheeseburger and the next time they put a cheeseburger instead of a coke. I don’t know what happens because they repeat our order back to us correctly at the window but when we pay and pick up it’s completely off.
I ordered two McChickens. Both had buns that literally fell apart the second I touched them. On top of that, I was given the wrong drink, and wasn't told they'd run out of quarters. Would've happily paid by card instead of getting like 13 nickels.At least the fries were decent, but genuinely you're better off going to a different location.
Sunday March 13th, 2022 approximately 10 PM. aside from the line being mildly long and very very slow, got to the 2nd Drive Thru as they have two and no one took my order. I called the store while at the intercom. No one answered the phone either. I left after sitting in that line for approximately 20 minutes.
If I could I would give 0 stars. Every time I come to pick up a doordash order at Night, the lobby is closed and I have to wait in a long line for the order. They take their time with the orders and take one order at a time. One night I waited for about an hour. They’re not very friendly either. The food isn’t worth the wait. This is one of the worst McDonald’s you could order from. :3
Super disappointed... ordered on the mobile to eat in with the kids and almost waited 25 minutes inside just to get the food. I was never greeted or asked what my order# was but they asked others who were behind me. Not sure why the delay considering they looked fully staffed and had 2 managers as well ?♀️
Never open at night anymore. Always come through because I love McDonald's, and am always disappointed when I have to find somewhere else to go. Sometimes they don't even answer the call box to let you know they're closed. They just let you sit there and figure it out while they serve others at the window.
This McDonalds it's absolutely great! I come here EVERY morning with my fiance through the drive through ( sometimes we order inside) Every morning we come we have someone named (ROSA) who helps us in drive through & she is SO sweet & the BEST worker there. She has been SO helpful to us and always remembers us, She always remembers our order. She needs to be promoted because she truly goes above and beyond!WE COME HERE EVERYDAY NO exaggerating.The hash brown and biscuits and coffee are always fresh and great! Sometimes we come for lunch to take my nephew and same thing. Fresh, Well made and amazing . See, People complain of people not wearing gloves and hairnets, But here is the thing. The front cashier, Drive through, ETC are NOT handling your food. The grill people do which you do not see. So some of you please realize this before leaving bad reviews. It's hard to handle money with gloves on. The hand you your food on a tray so you don't have to get close to them. So that's a plus. I've NEVER had a problem here. This McDonalds is definitely worth more then 3.3 stars. It's 5. And people ways have to understand mistakes happen. Especially a multi million dollar company meaning having over 1,000's of people come through a day!
