My daughter just got a job there , I pick her up around 10 at night , there are always grown men out there in the parking lot begging for money and food. They will come right up to your car. One night a grown man was standing in the rain cussing and carrying on all by himself . He was giving be the bird and calling me every cuss word in the book. The remodeled store is nice , the workers are nice , but the location is terrible
First time I see hair on McDonald's pancakes ?, this is the worse experience ever had in this franchise. The famous ? fries were soggy and tasted old. What a disappointment. I'll take my money somewhere else.
2 orders not filled correctly. ordered sandwiches with bacon and neither had bacon. Went back to address and clerk debated refund and replacement . Eventually received the replacement sandwich for the one I brought back after having to argue the point of their error. Will not return. I shouldn't have to make sure someone did their job correctly nor have to be charged again for food I already paid for
What a difference a day makes...Cold food, no receipt, and my personal favorite, a busted sweet and sour sauce packet in my bag. Now the whole car is sticky. Why you may ask? Because they didn't feel like opening their lobby to indoor dining today. No restrooms, no way to remove the sticky from EVERYWHERE..Feeling very foolish for driving out here now.There is only one worse McDonald's in Hampton so far.So Awesome day before yesterday, and so sloppy nasty today!A consistency failure in a bad way.Please accept my sincere apologies if my earlier review misled you into coming to this resturant, I deeply am sorry!
1) it was snowy when I came by for breakfast and I was so incredibly thankful they were open. I know that was probably frustrating for the employees but everyone had a good attitude. 2) I actually got the wrong order but I had parked in the parking lot to eat real quick before I went to work and a suuuuper sweet young man came out to tell me they gave me the wrong food before I even noticed and fixed it.Probably the best McDonald’s experience I’ve had in years honestly.
We walked up to the counter and the cashier took our order. We did not have to use that horrific kiosk. What an improvement from last time when we were told to use the kiosk. The server was super nice and wished us a Merry Christmas. We'll be back!
Possibly the worst mcdonalds I've been to. The entire night crew is slow, rude, and incompetent and that includes the managers. They always forget the order the food goes out so it's a crapshoot on whether you get your order or not. Most of the time the food is cold and tastes like they just send out old pre-made burgers/fries. Don't go to this McDonald's at night.
The worst sandwiches, I've ever, received. I went there, twice. This was thesecond visit, within a hour, to return a McChicken sandwich, that had hard bottom half of the bun. I ordered on the app, on the way to the restaurant, on the second trip, three premium chicken, sandwiches, they had way too much mayo, hard fried and cold. This not exceptable, sub-standard, for this restaurant. Something should done, to remedy this problem!
I am pregnant , and my husband just walked 6 blocks to get me some food and the store said ok the window that they closed at 11pm it was 9:50 when he got there and nobody wanted to order his food he walked 6 blocks!!! And he was at the drive thru and the black man and this short girl with red hair kept telling him no. First the girl said it was due to violence and then the black man said he cannot take his order because he didn’t have a car!? I have hypermeisis throughout my pregnancy and sometimes I am hospitalized, It was black man with a blue checkered shirt kept saying he couldn’t order that is ridiculous! I have seen where people did weed transactions and also crack transactions through that window and they can’t even let someone order food!? I’m taking this complaint to cooperate and CNN. Some people struggle and and doesn’t have transportation, no one was a threat to McDonald’s at all I couldn’t even get my food!! He had to get a bag of chips. Again I’ll be taking this complaint to CNN and the cooperate manager.
This place stay messing up your orders. The burgers aren't that good. (Even though it's fast food). The food you will get is always cold.
