I ordered my steak at 5:30ish with the instructions of picking up at 6:45. Got the text at 6:30...was excited because they were early but when I got back to the hotel, I realized no dressing for the salad, let alone the special instructions on the app. I called as I drove back to the restaurant. I sat on hold for 10 minutes, which I understand, but after talking with one To Go specialist, she couldn't help me so now I'm on hold again. Finally spoke with a young lady that rectified the situation. Sweet girl! Long story short...check your order before leaving! Great food!

Absolutely a horrible restaurant. The server knew absolutely nothing that the restaurant offered including any alcohol they served. Later to learn the bartender didn't even know the drinks they had on tap. Fast forward to when we were served our salads, no silverware was given and 1 of 4 salads was forgotten. Then fast forward to the main meal, nothing was cooked as ordered. We were even served raw chicken. The only saving grace of this entire place was their manager.

*4-5-22 Update*Lamb chops are back. New pics below. This location contact-less pick up orders are quick and on time.My 5 yr old son wanted Longhorn and it was only 10:30 a.m. lol Needless to say he has good taste. So of course when they opened we placed an order for curbside pick up. They were quick and on time with the order and I was back on the interstate heading home with my son. See pics below. Great food and service.4-5-22NEW PICS FOR UPDATE BELOW LAMB CHOPS GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD AND CHICKEN TENDERS WITH FRIES & FIRECRACKER CHICKEN WRAPS.

The atmosphere was fine. The food was H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E! Both the rib-eye and the sirloin were too tough to chew and swallow. I informed my waitress and she told me that sirloin is "always tough and hard to chew". I told her that they should make a note of that on the menu so that people can be warned. The crispy brussel spouts were just burnt up. I couldn't taste the actual flavor because they were burnt badly. The mac and cheese was dry and had no seasoning. The best thing I had there was the strawberry lemonade. I will never go back to Longhorn Steakhouse.

Solid steakhouse, though it's worth noting with my one data point, they tend towards undercooking the steak (I asked for medium and got red most of the way through, rare). This may be haste on the part of the cook, it genuinely knowing better than the customer because it was delicious and I didn't send it back.

COLEY COLE PRODUCTIONS LLCLOVE THE STEAKS HERE.THE FOOD WAS AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS AND I ALSO LIKED THE CHICKEN WIGS AND SWEET POTATOES

For the same price as a chain burger you get a thick burger full of flavor and fries.

Over the weekend I visited some family who wanted to go to the Texas Roadhouse Restaurant but shared that wait times are insane so they elected to dine at this particular Longhorn. Given we needed to wait a few minutes for my great nephews to arrive I decided to have a drink at the bar. There were a handful of open seats at the bar and I sat at one which had not been cleaned up yet from a previous diner's meal. I noticed the same thing at both of my neighboring seats. It took a few minutes for the waitress to come from the back and clean up after the previous diners and you can imagine it's not very appetizing to sit and have to look at leftover food from prior customers. I could handle this issue, but the next one really annoyed the dickens out of me. While waiting for the barmaid/waitress to clean up, a family arrived to wait at the bar for an open table just as I was. They had about 4-5 family members and they arrived at least 3-5 minutes after I had been seated. The point being they arrived after me and diners should be served according to who arrives first in my book. When the barmaid finally came out to clean up she asked if I was with the family that just arrived and I explained I wasn't and she then went and asked them for their orders which left me a bit astonished. I try not to be someone of color who brings up the race card all the time, but I happen to be African-American and the family who was served was Caucasian. As you may have guessed, my barmaid was Caucasian as well. Frankly, I was raised such that if the roles were reversed and the barmaid tried to serve me ahead of someone who came after me, I would have explained to the server that the family was ahead of me and should be served first. Clearly, this family wasn't raised with such manners because they never said a peep about arriving after me. After taking their orders the barmaid then asked me what I wanted. I ordered a margarita, but was seething inside. Thankfully, my family called me over because a table opened up and we were seated and served by a very professional and personable young lady. Now prior to my retirement I had worked for a some years at a law firm in DC which successfully tried many civil rights cases. What I experienced at the bar brought back memories of what many of our clients seemed to have experienced. Granted, perhaps this barmaid had simply had a bad day, but given some of the discrimination cases certain franchise restaurants have had to defend in recent years, one would think restaurant personnel would be particularly sensitive to ensuring their actions don't allow for the perception of discrimination. At this point I'm not sure I'll ever be a guest of another Longhorn, but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. We'll see. I did bring my concern to the attention of the restaurant manager, but she seemed to just give me a rudimentary apology which didn't really leave me feeling that it was going to result in any significant coaching for the young lady behind the bar. For the record my check number was #27048 and our party sat at table #33. I dined on 3/19/22 at 6:52PM and my server, unlike the barmaid, did a marvelous job.

Longhorn has great food for a great price. The service is also fantastic. A great place to eat.

My fiance and I are regulars here. We eat at this location at least once a month. We went here today for Valentines Day dinner. I understand it was busy so we waited until 8:30pm to let the crowd die down. I ordered the outlaw ribeye like I always do. When our food came out this is what I was served. Skimpy is not even the word to describe this cut of meat that was brought out to me. I told Jevon the server (he was very nice and professional) that I thought this was extremely skimpy and he brought it to the attention of the manager. The manager relayed the message to the server to tell me that the steaks are all pre weighed and basically said this steak was 20 ounces before cooking. I was furious that the manager never came out to speak to me personally and address this issue; instead she seemed to be argumentative from the kitchen about it. I refused to pay $27 for this steak and thankfully the server took it off our bill. Apparently the customer is not always right here. The photo attached here should absolutely justify my extreme dissatisfaction with the size of this. Never coming back to this location again
