I asked for fresh doughnuts and that’s what I got ??
Fresh, warm and utterly delicious donuts! First time using their drive thru. No long waits! The staff was friendly and very accommodating...you can't beat a stop here!
Stopped in for St Patrick's Day donuts ~ what a huge fresh selection to choose from!! Staff were very friendly and eager to help me. Needless to say, our office staff will be excited to share in the green, fun treats!! Thank you!!
After a poor experience at a nearby Krispy Kreme it was a refreshing joy to eat here. Had one hiccup with our order which was promptly and politely rectified!
I stop for the HOT sign every other Saturday. The donuts will melt in your mouth. My 12yo daughter say that the hot glazed donuts what you get to eat in heaven
I placed a custom order to try the new TWIX donuts and I clearly ordered 5 Twix stuffed, 5 round caramel Twix topped donuts, and 2 chocolate frosted (one with sprinkles) to round out the Dozen. Without telling me anything they hand me the box that only has 2 of the Twix stuffed ones. I just wish they communicated that they were out of the one I ordered and they made substitutions. Ok I'm done with my rant.
We got to the building and we ordered 2 dolce de leche doughnuts, one oreo crème donut, and one cinnamon bun. guess what we got. we had received 3 chocolate crème and one original crème doughnut. this is not what we ordered. the creme was disgusting and overpowering. if we had gotten the order we actually asked for, then we would’ve been fine.
Night shift seems to be better than day shift. Which is strange because it’s usually the other way around at fast food places. For the most part, I don’t have any complaints.
I have been coming to Krispy Kreme for over 30 years....since the few years....the doughnuts have gotten smaller and cost more....I just love a plain HOT GLAZED DOUGHNUTS....They just dnt taste the same...smaller in size and glaze taste different...it's just to sweet and no flavor ...If my company has them in break room for free ..I'll eat it....but I'm not crashing my car anymore wen I see the HOT NOW SIGN ON.... tryin to pull into Krispy Kreme...
I went to the KK on Mercury to treat my kids and wanted to go to the drive through but no one was there. As I pull around the building there's a lady inside sitting at a table with a headset on. When I go inside she just stares at me, she's still at the table and doesn't speak. I go to the counter and place my order. After I finish he doesn't say anything and headset lady walks up doesn't say anything and puts donuts in a box, different from what I asked for and put the box on the counter and stares at me. Doesn't say anything. I asked if those were for me, she nodded, so I told her that's not what I asked for. She then tried to go back and forth with me about what he wrung up instead of asking me what I wanted, fixing it and letting me go about my day. It wasn't busy or a hard request. I will not give my kids a treat I paid for knowing good and well they won't like it.
